Fairbanks International Airport -- Updated Version 3

File Description:
Version 3 - Corrects lines showing in water for some with replacement water textures. This AFCAD adds new Runway 1R/19L left out of FS9 by Microsoft. Runway 1/19, formerly 1R/19L, is a 3,500' X 75' gravel strip used as a ski strip in the colder months and is still shown off the northern end of 1R/19L. All airline gates are shown as close to their proper locations as the limitations of FS9 allows. Northern Air Cargo parking spots are shown at their proper locations. FedEx, DHL, and other cargo operations are shown at the cargo ramp at the north end of the field.

Russia & Middle Asia Airports

File Description:
These files enable the FS2002 scenery collection of Russia & Middle East Republic Airports Part 1 by Vladimir Svobodfor - rusnew.zip - to work with FS2004. Also included are EditVoicepack files to provide proper names on the ATC system for the airports concerned. The new AFCAD files will allow you to plan routes, and take off and land at all but one of the airports in the scenery collection, and ATC will route you appropriately. Several of the airports have ILS landing systems. AI aircraft can be added, and will land, taxi, park and take off in the correct locations. Many thanks to Vladimir for his original work.

United Kingdom and Ireland Airports

File Description:
Afcad files for thirty United Kingdom and Irish airports. Files attached based on the British CAA documentation are the London airports of Heathrow (EGLL), Gatwick (EGKK), Luton (EGGW) and London City (EGLC) as well as Birmingham (EGBB), Manchester (EGCC), East Midlands (EGNX), and Edinburgh (EGPH). Other UK airports developed from stock are Stansted (EGSS), EGAA, EGAC, EGAE, EGFF, EGGD, EGHH, EGHI, EGNH, EGNM, EGPD, EGPE, EGPF and EGPO. Irish airports are EICK, EICM, Dublin International (EIDW), EIKN, EIKY, Shannon (EINN), EISG and EIWF. If you have previously installed other versions of these airports in your Addon Scenery file, they should be removed before installing these.

Irish Sea Military Traffic

File Description:
This is a little project I worked on to increase traffic on the Irish Sea. I also have amended some default AFCAD files and added gates and opened airports for Military Traffic. Enclosed you will find AFCADs for Kerry (Fictional)& Baldonnel Air Bases in Ireland and Valley EGOV in the UK. I've included flight plans for Aer Corps (Irish Air Force) and fictional RAF plans for Valley to allow aircraft to fly back and forth between these locations. Aircraft are not included as its up to you to what you want to include. You will need the MRAI installer for the flight plans www.mostrealisticai.com

Mehrabad Airport

File Description:
This afcad file corrects all the parking positions in the west pier. The west pier in flight simulator 2004 is designed the way it used to look some years ago. Recently Mehrabad airport totally reconstruced the parking positions in the west pier. I also fixed the parking positions in the east pier though I didn't include all the gates since there was not enough room. I fixed some taxiways and I closed rwy 11L and 11R for landings since rwys 29L and 29R are used 95% of the times for landings except if tail wind component of rwy 29 is 10KT or more. Parking codes also included for most gates.

Bay Bridge Airport (W29) - Stevensville, Maryland, USA

File Description:
This file updates Bay Bridge Airport (W29) with some enhanced scenery. Bay Bridge is a smaller airport at the base of the Chasapeake Bay bridge. The approach to this airport gives an amazing view of the bridge and the bay. One interesting note about this airport is that it lies within the Washington Air Defense Identification Zone (ADIZ). This means that special procedures are required departing and landing at this airport in real life. Of course, in FS2004, it doesn't matter, but try to follow the proper procedures as much as possible in the game for a challenge. This file includes a custom afcad and optional static aircraft.

An EZ Object Library of the Galica Ship

File Description:
An EZ Object Library of the Galica Ship by Alberto Garcia Lledo. This ship can be placed in your scenery using the EZ or Instant Scenery Object Placing programs. My thanks to Mr. Leido for granting permission to compile and upload this library. Please unzip to a temporary folder and follow the easy installation instructions. Note: The deck of this ship is not hardened so you cannot land a Helicopter on it. To harden the deck, please download - afc_hard.zip -. Manchester, United Kingdom - EGCC V1.2

File Description:
Version 1.2 - This scenery lines up the Manchester AFCAD with the Horizon VFR scenery, although it can be used with the default scenery as well. It adds extra gates and taxiways to Manchester. The runway numbers are updated from FSX to their real world numbers 05L/23R and 05R/23L. All gates are coded to allow traffic to park in the correct places. Update: Fixes problem with ATC only using runway 05 regardless of wind. Due to a limitation within FSX runway 23R is used for take off and 23L for landing, this is not the case in real life but can't be helped.

Woodvale (EGOW) Ground Improvements (v1.0)

File Description:
This follows a request for another one of my AFCAD's to be FSX upgraded. After a little scouting around, I have found an AFCAD conversion tool, and so will be releasing all my FS2004 AFCAD's with an UNSUPPORTED FSX version. It will remain unsupported because I have not actually got FSX, so I can do little to help. However, I will still do my best to help anyone who is truly stuck. Support will be available as soon as I make the move to FSX, which shouldn't be too long...I hope ;-D.
