Dynamic Jetsmoke Effects

Dynamic Jetsmoke effects for FS2002. Not just another smoke download: this has dynamic vortex effects and thrust vectoring. Smoke is very light and the "trail" is short. This is an improved AFCAD file for the default Schiphol Airport (EHAM). We added the northern taxiway which runs parallel to runway 36C-18C and we have done some changes by the D-terminal.
