File Description:
For FSX and P3Dv1-3. (Separate P3Dv4+ available). It contains 9 different FSXA native models with 12 repaints. All models are prepared to use alternative avionics like F1 G500/600, F1 GTN 750/650, F1 GNS, Bendix KLN 90B and RXP GNS. Instructions for the installation of RXP GTN are included. Important: XMLTools FSX or P3Dv3 must be installed to get a realistic engine behavior. Please read readme/manual.

| "Himalayan Peaks" LOD10 Mesh, Volume 3 - Namcha Barwa |

File Description:
Highly detailed terrain mesh of the Namcha Barwa area, N29°-31° E94°-96°. The files in this package are based on Shuttle Radar (SRTM) Version 2 data but with many of the void areas, especially the most significant sections, filled with elevation data generated from topographic maps by Jonathan de Ferranti. While Jonathan's work is unrelated to flight simulation he kindly gave me permission to compile his data for use in FS. The result is a wonderful improvement in detail and accuracy over any existing mesh file, freeware or commercial, based on SRTM or DTED data alone. Due to the large area of the Himalayas I've compiled the source data as two separate series: the "Himalayan Peaks" series covers prominent mountains and ranges in higher detail and locally overrides any existing LOD9 terrain mesh. In addition, a LOD9 "base mesh" series covering the entire Himalayas will be available for those who do not yet have an add-on terrain mesh of these beautiful mountains.

File Description:
This is a repaint of the RealFlight Simulations excellent F6F Hellcat. These textures represent an F6F-3 that is currently on the bottom of Majuro Lagoon at Dalop Island. Dalop Island was liberated on February 2, 1944 from the Japanese. A 5800 foot runway built to support aviation activities. This plane, number 25116 is approximately 500 yards from shore. Indications are this Hellcat was dumped at the end of WWII. The plane was launched after the island was secured from the USS Gambier Bay(CVE-73) and became shore based at Dalop Island. The Gambier Bay(CVE-73) was sunk on October 25, 1944 at 0907 hours. THESE ARE TEXTURES ONLY! You need the RealFlight Simulations F6F Hellcat payware package.
