Setting FSX Radios, OBS and Autopilot Using the Keyboard Numberpad

File Description:
This is an update of the original Lua script set - version 1.1 includes a 12th script for setting the auto-throttle speed (in either knots or Mach). Numpad Control (NpC) allows you to control Com, Nav, ADF, Transponder, OBS and Autopilot settings in FSX using the keyboard number pad. Most entered values, such as radio frequencies, appear directly on the radio display as the digits are entered. No more 'fumbling with the mouse' to try to tune your radios, set you autopilot or your OBS heading. NpC requires a licensed version of FSUIPC4 and a keyboard equipped with a number pad. The zip file, NpC_v1.1.zip, contains 12 NpC LUA scripts, an installation guide, an instruction manual for configuring FSUIPC and a quick reference guide.

NpC - Numpad Control for FSX v2.2.1

File Description:
NpC v2.21 - some small changes from v2.2 including a script you can use to switch autopilot input from Nav to GPS and instructions on moving and re-sizing and re-positioning the NpC message window.

NumPad Control (NpC) is a program for entering Com, Nav and ADF radio frequencies, Transponder codes, VOR OBS/CRS settings, Auto-throttle airspeed, and Autopilot altitude, vertical speed, and heading values in FSX using the keyboard number-pad instead of mouse click spots. NpC is programmed primarily for aircraft with default FSX avionics (radios, transponders, and autopilots that were developed within standard FSX programming guidelines). However, this updated version of NpC also supports a number of third party add-on aircraft such as the PMDG 737NGX / B777, Flight1 King Air B200 and the A2A Cherokee 180. NpC is a set of Lua scripts and thus requires a registered copy of FSUIPC4 to work.

An installation and configuration manual is also included in the file set.

Alidair Scotland Viscount 724 G-BDRC

File Description:
After spending time on lease to Intra and then DAN Air, G-BDRC appeared in this unique Alidair Scotland livery which appears to make use of a standard Alidair tail band and logo on a white fin with the previous operator's cheatline overpainted in Alidair blue. This machine went on to sister company Guernsey Airlines as Sarnia II after the original Guernsey aircraft was lost in a landing accident. Requires the FSDS Viscount 700 model by Rick Piper

Missing Texture AS 350 Blackcomb

File Description:
There have been some reports of FS9 messages popping up requesting the texture "AS 350 Blackcomb" to be added to the Homer texture folder, or to the Medicine Hat texture folder. This is probably to do with my transfer of all FS9 files from one laptop that had died to a new one. Presumably "all" wasn't quite what I achieved. This message seems to appear after installing Fort Nelson scenery, but that is probably just a coincidence and Fort Nelson probably has nothing to do with it. If you get the message put this folder in the texture folder of whichever scenery you are directed to. I stress that I mean "THE FOLDER" and not just the contents of the folder.

File Description:
An FS2002 GPS flight Plan by the Ancient Brit. The 48th in a series of Round the World flight plans for the FS2002 default scenery. Depart Orly (LFPO) runway 07, Paris, France and arrive 56 minutes later at Southend (EGMC) runway 24, UK. The departure takes you for a low level tour of Paris past the Eiffel Tower before climbing to cruise for the short trip to Southend. Southend is famous for its cockles, whelks, mussels and jellied eels. You will enjoy yourself there. Don’t forget to walk along the pier wearing your “Kiss me Quick” hat. The flight briefing (Word and text) is for the default B737-400; it contains climb, cruise, top of descent and fuel loading details, waypoint timings and destination details.
