This library contains 41 custom made historic FS9 buildings from a variety of locations: Winchester, KY/ Waco and Austin, TX/ Cincinnati, OH and more. This folder will be a required download for some of my sceneries in progress. In the meantime, enjoy populating your downtowns and airport locales. Use your favorite placement tool. They should work in both FS2004 and FSX.

Version 2.0 covers landclass across the entire greater Houston area, with a large increase in LOD. This version significantly tightens up and improves the landclass from version 1.0, and adds a vast amount of scenery objects that brings the Bay Area-KEFD area into the modern era. This improves and adds a highly accurate runway 17 approach with accurate placement of buildings and scenery around the year 2011-modern day. In addition, includes several new files including a new airport/helipad via Houston Clear lake regional airport, T41 La Porte Municipal and surrounding shipping ports, Kemah Boardwalk, and a giant improvement to Johnson Space Center Houston. Rundway 35 and Runway 22 landclass is significantly increased, and more accurate as well. But for the cheap at heart (like me), here is a freeware offering with custom made modern terminal, funky tower, added free-standing gates to handle the AI traffic (artistic license invoked), and more. Transparent windows for interior decorating.My usual libraries required. Also highly recommended is Jean-Marie Guieau,s St Martin photoscenery upon which I built this, so buildings, runways, etc line up (see readme). See disclaimer also in readme.

This AF2 file is based on the googlemaps image.
As I spent time on this "getting it right" a while back, I thought I may as well share it. Parking is provided for all aviation (both civil, military and ga). I recommend World of AI, and also Project AI (older) packages to get some of the local airlines active. There is also a Nepali army package on Avsim that I use to good effect, and for which I have provided parking spaces.
I have closed operations in the rwy 20 direction to prevent approaches through a mountain. Rwy 02 operations work much better, given the limitations that such a restrictive airfield presents to the FS9 AI "engine".

A flight sim colleague requested this airport as there is no ZWKL in the default FSX setup, nor are there any free 3rd party offerings on the major websites. This is my first attempt at an Asian airport and it is "built from scratch", so there are known issues.
ZWKL Korla Licheng Airport serves the city of Korla in Xinjiang autonomous region of the People's Republic of China.
The airport features custom made hangars, buildings, and terminal, some with interiors and transparent glass for night lighting.
Some previous scenery files required.
