North American F-100 Super Sabre (Part 3). This aircraft, also known as the Hun, was the first of a long success of Century Series fighter aircraft during the 1950s and 1960s. I present a comprehensive 8-LOD AI traffic model for this cold warrior of military jet history, utilizing original source material from Jake Burrus. Going into production in 1953, 2,294 aircraft served thirty-five years in the USAF and the air forces of France, Turkey, Denmark, and Taiwan. The F-100 was originally designed as a daytime air superiority fighter (with all-cannon armament); but evolved into a capable light attack aircraft which served extensively in Vietnam. An original 8-LOD model brings this historic aircraft to the flightsim world. This package represents the F-100D in the Vietnam and post-Vietnam service of the USAF/ANG,with a total of 6 models and 64 repaints. Additionally, I am including the F-100C in late ANG service, with 18 additional repaints. Founded in 1942 as an American airbase, Iqaluit is now the capital city of the northern Canadian province of Nunavut. It is the smallest Canadian capital in terms of population and the only capital that is not connected to other settlements by a highway. The airport is of critical importance to the community, especially when ice makes boat travel impossible. At 62 degrees latitude (approx. the same as Yellowknife), Iqualuit offers some of the most severe weather you are likely to encounter at any airport, and has been used for cold weather testing of new airliners.
This version of Iqaluit is a complete rebuild of the default version. Almost all the buildings have been custom modeled based on photos. The design of the terminal building at Iqaluit is one of the coolest I've seen, and was the main inspiration for making this scenery. Due to its complexity many details had to be omitted, but hopefully I was able to at least capture some of its "Yellow Submarine" uniqueness. Ramp lights, fences, ground objects, arrestor cables (non-functional) and all the rest of the usual junk is included. Also Instrument Approach Plates.

Convair F-102A Delta Dagger. I present a comprehensive AI traffic model package for the second of the Century Series fighter aircraft, one of the backbones of Air Defense Command and Air National Guard squadrons from the mid-1950s to mid-1970s. The "Deuce" first flew in 1953, and 1,000 of these aircraft served as strategic interceptors during the height of the Cold War. Late examples served until 1979, over twenty years after its introduction; and many were expended as target drones on live fire ranges. An original 7-LOD model brings this historic aircraft to the flightsim world.
This package is a complete representation of the F-102 through its entire career, in the service of the USAF as well as NASA, and the Hellenic and Turkish Air Forces. Models included are F-102A/TF-102A with both Case X and Case XX wings, and the PQM-102 manned and un-manned drones, with a total of 10 models and 164 repaints, to include over 70 individual squadron schemes. Original aircraft model, master textures, and all release repaints by Michael Pearson, flight dynamics by Michael MacIntyre. PLEASE READ THE DOCUMENTATION FOR RESEARCH DISCLAIMERS.

This paint depicts (more or less,within the limitations of the model and its painter) the C47-D ,118527 "Jiminy Cricket "
Historical Note:
"Jiminy Cricket" is depicted as it flew for the Sicily operation in improvised night camouflage.
It was one of the original 52 C-47s that deployed to Egypt with the 316thTCG in December 1942.
"Jiminy Cricket" was one of the first from the 316th Sq.
ATC, to visit Project 19, delivering worn out parts and returning rebuilt
engines to the RAF. It eventually took part in the invasion of Sicily,
where, the pilot, Sgt. George Quisenberry received wounds from German FLAK.
The shell destroyed the nose of the Aircraft, knocking out all instruments
except the stand by compass. Jiminy carried the crew back with nothing but
the moon and the sticking standby compass. Jiminy Cricket was repaired and
served through May 1, 1947, then was "salvaged"
The skin-set includes cockpit- and (freighter-) cabin textures as well.
Passenger-seats, luggage-racks ,airco etc.removed from the plane.( its a freighter now !!)

The Airbus A380 is a doubledecker, four-engined airliner manufactured by Airbus S.A.S. It first flew on April 27, 2005 from Toulouse, France. Commercial flights should begin in 2006 after 15 months of testing. During much of ist development, the aircraft was known as the Airbus A3XX. The A380 is now the largest passenger airliner, topping the Boeing 747, which was the largest for 35 years. However, the Antonov An-225 retains the record of being the world's largest commercial aircraft. The media has termed the A380 a "superjumbo", with some comparing it to Howard Hughes's Spruce Goose. The first A380 prototype was unveiled during a ceremony in Toulouse, France, on January 18, 2005. Its manufacturer's serial number is 001, and is registered as F-WWOW. The new Airbus will initially be sold in two versions: the A380-800, carrying 555 passengers in a three-class configuration or up to 800 passengers in a single-class economy configuration. Expected range for the -800 model is 8,000 nautical miles (14,800 km). The second model, the A380-800F dedicated freighter, will carry 150 tons of cargo 5,600 miles (10,400 km). Airbus made the cockpit layout, procedures and handling characteristics similar to those of other Airbus aircraft to reduce crew training costs. This sound is intended for use on Eric Cantu's models only! They will not work properly on any other model (I will be making updates to make the sounds work on other models eventually). I am proud to present to you the most realistic and detailed MD-8X Pratt & Whitney JT8D-217 turbofan soundpack for FS2004, that was ever made! I have put ALOT of time and effort into this work, and it is perhaps my most detailed and realistic sounding soundset to date! It features all the usual features that come with my sounds, such as the realistic engine spool up, and other stuff. There are 3 versions included in this package: (Default) Rear Passenger Cabin Perspective, Cockpit Perspective, Cockpit Perspective (for Lonny Payne's Flightdeck: MD-80 Panel only). There are instructions provided in the sound folder on how to switch the sound.cfgs to the version you want. I am sure that if you are a frequent MD-80 Flyer, or if you're a pilot or flight crew onboard an MD-80 aircraft that you'll pretty impressed by these sounds. But if you don't like these sounds, just simply delete the file and try another soundpack. But you should try this one first, it's absolutely worth it! I doubt anyone will be deleting these sounds after hearing them.

It gives the ERJ-120 a special digital panel, similar but still different of the ones today in ERJ-170. There is no virtual cockpit. The seat-belt sign is functional with FSPassenger, if you have it. Trans Australian Airlines or Nationally known as TAA, was established in 1946 by the Commonwealth Government, which called the airline Australian National Airlines Commission which operated as TAA. Qantas assigned TAA to perfome its domestic routes in Australia as at that stage Qantas was flying Internation sectors. Taa began with Convair Cv-240 and then ended with the Airbus a300 which was purchaced in the Mid 1970's. TAA ceased opperations in 1989. Then Australian Airlines was born. This aircraft works for both fs2002/fs2004.
