| Aloha Island Air 1998 AI Package |
|
File Description:
Aloha Island Air(which would become independent Island Air after the 2007 failure of Aloha and fly on another 10 years to 2017) operated 100% of the regional flights for Aloha, and Aloha sold all the tickets on the Island Air flights. The DHC-8s were almost finished replacing the DHC-6 Twin Otters in 1998 and last 2 which are in these flightplans were gone by the end of the year. Interestingly, there were no flights in the schedule for West Maui Airport(JHM). I suppose Hawaiian and the local service carriers were too much competition at the time. Texture for the HTAI DHC-6 by Christian Gold and Antoine Calleja included along with a link to the TFS DHC-8 texture. Flightplans by Chasen Richardson. Part of the 1998 Flight Simulator Project. | French Polynesian Island Tour, Part 1 |
|
File Description:
This is Part 1 of a 2 Part 45 leg mostly VFR "tour" of a geographical area of the South Pacific where the FSX default island airports even with
the addition of add-ons such as Orbx LC and Vector are typically not rendered very well. All the French Polynesian airports of these 2 packages
have tested successfully in FSX Acceleration with Orbx Vector and Orbx LC installed by 2 FSX users. They may also be compatible with the early
(32 bit) versions of P3D; up to, but not including P3Dv4. ADE, Ver 1.78 was primarily used as the tool for airport modification and creation,
with the help of Google Earth, Google Maps, and several online airport information and flight planning utilities.

| Alaska Perry Island - PYL Small Floatplane |
|
File Description:
Small scenery in Alaska of a flatplane outpost at Perry Island. You need Lago's FS Enhancer 2004 program to use this scenery. This is a fairly short flight away from some of my other Alaska sceneries. Made on top of FS Genesis terrain mesh but it's so near the shore and there isn't much ground change I think it's alright for use with any other mesh.
