File Description: UPDATE FOUND HERE:
This is the first release package of 38 EditVoicepack files for FS2004/FSX by the Alpha India Tower Group. Our goal is to provide accurate ATC calls in order to provide Microsoft Flight Simulator traffic with quality ATC. These sounds are the best that we have been able to compile and are accurate as of release date and to the extent that our data and the limitations of the EditVoicepack allow. Included in this package release are SUVARNABHUMI, AEROMAS EXPRESS, AIRCHINA FREIGHT, AIR JUNEYAO, AIR MEKONG, AIR RED, AIR TRANSAT, ASIAN EXPRESS, BAHRAIN AIR, BAUHINIA, CHINA POST, CIELOS, DUBROVNIK AIR, EYGPTAIR EXPRESS, EUREX, FRANCE SOLEIL, FRENCH CHARTER, HIBISCUS CITY, JETCLIPPER, JORDAN AVIATION, KOREA EXPRESS, QUANTUM, REDJET, SAFIA AIRWAYS, SI CHUAN, SKYDUBAI, SOVEREIGN, TATARSTAN, TOMSK AVIA, TUIJET, TUZLA AIR, UNIVERSAL CARGO, WASAYA, WHITE PELICAN, WIND ROSE, WORLD ATLANTIC, and PILATUS. | B-24 USAAF 801st PG "Black Zombie" |
|
File Description:
Wherever they were to be seen, the glossy black Consolidated B-24s of the 801st Provisional Group, based at Harrington in Great Britain, stood out like big full stops. The squadrons of this group dropped supplies and agents for the French Underground. They were known by the name 'Carpetbaggers'. This illustration is a machine of the 406th BS, one of the squadrons of the group.
This B-24H-15-CF, originally 'The Loretta Ann' of the 850th BS, 490th BG coded 'N-', transferred on 6th June 1944 to 391st BS, 34th BG coded 'I', and further transferred on 18th January 1945 to the 492nd BG 856th BS who sent it on detached service to the 406th BS(NL), NL being Night Leaflet. It survived the war and returned to the US, arriving on 11th July 1945. It was stored at Albuquerque from 10th August 1945 where it was later cut up for scrap. This particular aircraft was not a Carpetbagger per se and obviously wasn't engaged in agent or supply dropping but leaflet distribution over the Continent as the war ran down. | Kuwaiti Air Force Dassault Mirage F.1K (1991 scheme) |

File Description:
Kuwaiti Air Force Dassault Mirage F.1K (1991 scheme); for retro AI traffic. This package represents the surviving Mirage F.1s that escaped the Iraqi invasion in 1990, serving through the Gulf War and beyond, until replaced by the F/A-18. This package uses the Nick Black base model set, but these models have been modified by me from the FSDS source. I have added a few little things to create (nearly) the exact configuration of the aircraft as delivered. I have also made some tweaks to the model to make it a little more painter-friendly. And finally, I have created a host of new French ordnance for original loadouts. All models were compiled with Nick's XML programming in place, so all of his superb original animations are retained. The aircraft also uses unaltered, original FDE by Mike MacIntyre. This package has two main aircraft models, the Mirage F.1CK, and Mirage F.1CK-2; and includes 15 serials with many loadout options. The included readme file includes instructions, notes, disclaimers, credits, and anything else I can think of. Original aircraft and source by Nick Black, FDE by Mike MacIntyre, mind control and outstanding guidance by Frank Safranek, model modifications and repaints by Michael Pearson.

| Zambia Airways DHC-2 Beaver c1966 |
|
Images related to this file:
File Description:
This is a repaint of a DHC-2 Beaver in Zambia Airways colors. The freeware DHC-2 Beaver (wheels) by John L. Woodward is needed for this repaint. It is an FS2004 plane, but I flew it in FSX-SE using the default Beaver panel. The plane can be downloaded here on Avsim, file name: beaver_wheels_2005.zip. Zambia Airways was formed as a subsidiary of Central African Airways (CAA) in April 1964. When CAA collapsed in 1967, Zambia Airways became a fully Zambian owned carrier. In 1968, the fleet consisted of DHC2 Beavers, DC-3s, and two newly delivered BAC-111s from the defunct CAA. They flew on regional routes to Kenya, Malawi, Tanzania, and Mauritius. Alitalia was also hired to provide support of the initiation of new international services. A Douglas DC-8-43 leased from Alitalia was used for the long-haul Lusaka to London flights, which were inaugurated in November 1968, via Nairobi and Rome. In 1970 Zambia Airways took delivery of 3 HS-748s, and in 1974 they received their first Boeing liner; the 707-343C. One year later the two BAC-111s were sold to Dan-Air. July 1976 saw the delivery of the carrier's first 737-200. Zambia Airways received their first wide-body DC-10-30 in July 1984. Zambia Airways did well financially over the years, but by the end of the 1980s and early 1990s, things were a bit more complicated. With financial difficulties facing Zambia Airways, it was forced into liquidation in December 1994. Zambia Airways operated a total of 4 DHC-2 Beavers on local services. This aircraft, 9J-RFZ, was with the airline from 1964 to 1967. This repaint should work on FSX & FS2004. Textures are 32bit BMP.

File Description:
This folder contains a repaint for the A2A North American T-6 Texan/Harvard in the colors of North American T-6G F-BJBF of Air France, 1962. Originally built as 41-33931 (c/n 88-14948), it went to the RAF as EX959. It was used by the 20 Service Flying Training School in Rhodesia from January 1943 onwards. After the war, it was transported back to the UK, where it was sold to the Belgian Air Force, where it became H-9. It flew from Brustem until 1959. The Belgian Air Force then sold it to Air France, with 14 other Harvards, for use at its flight school in Pontoise Cormeilles en Vexin, west of Paris. It flew with Air France until 1965, when it was sold to Mr Urbain of Cannes, who flew it in Air Esterel colors until 1971. It then went to the UK, becoming G-AZJD. It remained based at Biggin Hill until 1984, when it went back to France as F-AZDU, being bought by Guy Robert, a former Mirage pilot who recieved his training in the '50's on a Harvard in Marocco. In 2001 it was sold to John Colors SL in Barcelona, but it retained its French registration of F-AZDU. It is still airworthy, based at Sabadell in Spain. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by A2A.

| Quebec CYQB |
|
File Description:
All pilots have used or heard the word "Quebec" during their radio communication but not many pilots actually landed at Quebec International airport (CYQB). A great number of Head of States, VIPs, tourists came to Quebec City for summits, special occasions or to visit the city declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1985. Quebec airport is also hosting a great airshow and this year in June, to celebrate the 400th anniversary of Quebec City, five of the world best aerobatic squadrons will perform simultaneously over Quebec: the British "Red Arrows", the French "La Patrouille de France", the US Navy "Blue Angels", the USAF "Thunderbirds" and the Canadian "Snowbirds". It will be quite a sight.
This very accurate scenery will give you the opportunity to visit CYQB with your simulator. Months of effort were devoted to make this scenery as real as possible. This package includes more that 25 highly detailed hangars and buildings all having night textures, some of them have windows with specular effect. Light poles provide aprons lighting. The adjacent mount Belair have communication towers with strobe lights visible for over 12nm which provides a good visual reference coming into the airport. Exceltech, a maintenance facility has static aircrafts parked in front. A second publication will include the new terminal which is presently under construction.
