Here is my repaint for the amazing Captain Sim/Justflight C-130 Hercules.
Dressed to represent a fictional (for now....) support vehicle to be used by StarChaser Industries Ltd, which started life as an experimental rocket test programme set up by Steve Bennett back in 1992. In 1996 the team successfully launched a 6 mtr (21 ft) rocket, Starchaser 2, which qualified as the largest private civilian rocket ever to be built and flown in Europe. Starchaser Industries was incorporated as a private limited company on 16th December 1998. The company transferred its manufacturing and rocket assembly arm to new premises in Hyde, Cheshire, United Kingdom in January 2001 where a dedicated team of people are currently employed.

| P-51D 357th FG/ 362nd FS G4-E "Missouri Armada" |

File Description:
P-51D Mustang 44-14789 "Missouri Armada" flown by Capt. John "Johnny" B. England.John Brooke England was born in 1923 at Caruthersville, Missouri. His service number was O-739263 and he joined the 362nd FS of the 357th FG in April 1943 as a 1/Lt meaning that he was part of the original cadre that left the ZI in November 1943 for the UK. He was promoted to Captain and then to Major. He took command of the 362nd FS on 25 August 1944. He served two tours with the 357th FG for a total of 108 operational missions giving a total of 460 hours combat flying time. He was the second highest scorer in the 357th with a total of 17.5 victories. England finished his second tour and rotated home on 26 January 1945. He remained in the service after the war and was killed in an F-86 crash in November 1954 in France. Alexandria Air Force base in Louisiana was renamed England Air Force Base in his honor. The aircraft was later assigned to Lt. Oscar Ridley, who renamed it "Sad Sack". The a/c was lost on 18 april 1945, with Lt Ridley evading capture. | FSX/P3D Ethiopian Airlines 707-379C 1968 |

This is a repaint of the 707-379C in Ethiopian Airlines colors. The payware 707-300C by Captain Sim is needed for this repaint. Ethiopian Airlines was established in 1946 by the Emperor Haile Sellassie, and TWA which provided technical and managerial support. Regular operations commenced on April 8 1946 with a fleet of 6 ex USAAF DC-3s. Later in 1950, 2 Convair CV-240s entered the fleet. Then in 1958, the first DC-6B arrived on the scene. On January 1 1959 Ethiopian officially became a member of IATA. The first jet services started in 1963 after the delivery of the carrier's first Boeing 720s. The 720s replaced the DC-6Bs on the European routes. In 1964, Ethiopian started a new pilot training school, installed a large IBM computer system, and also established the largest jet overhaul facility in Africa. 707s, 727s, and 737s, joined the fleet in the ensuing years. Today Ethiopian ranks as Africa's supreme air carrier with a safe and reliable service, notwithstanding the 737 Max 8 tragedy, and has a vast route network. The cherry on top was when in 2014, Ethiopian dethroned South African Airways as the "Best African Airline". Textures are 32 bit dds and DXT5 textures are included as well. This repaint was tested FSX-SE. It should work on FSX & P3Dv1-3.

This folder contains a repaint for the A2A Wings of Power III P-47D Thunderbolt, representing P-47D-22-RE 42-6319 D5-P "Astra", the assigned aircraft of Captain George Porter of the 386th FS/365th FG as it looked in August 1944, while based at Juvincourt (A-68), France. George Porter gained the tongue in cheek title of 'flak analyst extraordinaire' after a june 1944 mission, when the 386th FS lost three aircraft to AA. During debriefing, he referred to "only moderate, and only fairly accurate flak". On 5 september 1944, he chased a Me109 to the deck, and as he closed to 500 yards, the German pilot suddenly bailed out. Porter filmed the crash and pilot on the ground and was disappointed he hadn't even fired a shot. He needed to be convinced by intelligence officers to submit a claim. He received a silver star for an action on october 12, 1944, when he encountered about 40 german fighters.Attacking four, he hit one when his aircraft, D5-P, started leaking oil over the windshield. He attacked another FW190 nonetheless, scoring hits. He later bellied in near Diest, Belgium, severly damaging Astra, but remaining unhurt himself. The tail on his aircraft was a replacement from an older aircraft, which explains the wrong serial on the tail. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by Martin Catney.

| Martinair "Biafra" Douglas DC-6A |

File Description: On 13 December 1966 the Dutch charter company Martinair Holland (MAC), proud
owner of a fleet of four Douglas C-47, a Douglas C-54B, two Convair 640, and
four Douglas DC-7C aircraft, bought a Douglas DC-6A registered PH-MAM. The
DC-6A, which at one time belonged to KLM and could transport 11 tons payload or
97 passengers, was aquired in order to replace the smaller C-54B PH-MAE. It was
a very popular aircraft among crew and passengers alike. From the late October
1968 till the beginning of January 1970, PH-MAM flew on the Biafra airlift from
the island of Fernando Po to Uli airstrip to provide humanitarian aid, on behalf
of the Dutch Red Cross. Having returned from this mission, the aircraft was
overhauled and used by Martinair for one more year, before being sold to
Yugoslavia. The inspiration for this repaint was a coincidental meeting at
Schiphol I had many years ago with former Martinair Captain Dries van Ommen. He
was in command of PH-MAM during the Biafra airlift. We had a nice conversion,
accompanied by the impressive sight and sound of a DC-6 during take off. These
are textures only. You will need California Classic's FS2004/FSX Douglas DC-6B
CB-16 Base Pack, DC-6A CB-17 Base Pack and DC-6A CB-16 Base Pack (available at
http://www.calclassic.com/dc6b.htm). Repaint by Maarten Brouwer. For FS2004 and FSX.

cities in Albania. It is flying one Jet, three Turbos and several small aircraft which are good for the medium and small airfields of the country. This is a repaint of the 707-300 in TWA 'Star Stream' colors. The payware 707-300 by Captain Sim is needed for this repaint. TWA was one of the two great U.S. intercontinental carriers of the jetliner golden era, the other being PanAm. They plied the world with their shiny 707s, DC-8s, and 747s, well before many other US carriers did so. TWA was also interesting, as it was run by the enigmatic Howard Hughes. On January 25,1959 TWA launched its first jet service on between New York and San Fransisco. The route was chosen by Howard Hughes himself, to compete with American Airlines new jet service between New York and Los Angeles. The plane, a 707-131, sported the new 'Star Stream' double globe livery, one of the most iconic liveries in civil aviation history. TWA carried this livery for almost 20 years, when it was phased out in the late 1970s. This repaint is of a TWA 707-331 Advanced, reg: N18701. It was one of the 127 which went into TWA service in the long history of the airline. It was delivered new in January 1966. Sadly, it was damaged beyond repair in Milan Italy on 22 December 1975, when it landed outside the runway, struck a transmissometer and a CAT II television camera. The landing gear and all 4 engines separated in the subsequent slide. The aircraft came to a rest, with the nose broken off behind the forward cabin door. There were no fatalities. Textures are 32bit DDS. This repaint was tested FSX-SE. It should work on FSX & P3D v1-3.

(PAFA - PABR) (486 NM) (Heavy Cargo Run)____Situation Orientation (Fictional) : Twice a year, (GREEN SOLUTIONS) a joint US-UN funded scientific research firm, based in Anchorage Alaska, charters a freighter jet to make a cargo run to (Barrow/Alaska (PABR)) located near the beaufort sea / Arctic ocean, where one of the firm's major research facilities is located. For the September run, it has been arranged that the flight will make a stop over at Fairbanks International Airport- Alaska (PAFA) to pick up additional cargo that a supplier working with the firm shipped to Fairbanks by train. As this run is a pre-winter run, the cargo is heavy and the cargo company have allocated a large freighter ship to handle the heavy cargo load. The aircraft arrived into Anchorage inbound from South America early this morning and departed Anchorage at 11:00 am. It arrived PAFA on time and is loading the additional cargo at a designated hanger. The flight was shedualedto depart to Barrow at 2:30 pm butfreighter paperwork and administrative complexities have caused a two and a half hour delay. Everyone, including you,is frustrated and anxious to get moving. Finaly, ground crews inform you that you will be ready to go in 10 ____Note : Although no significant malfunctions where logged during the first leg of the flight, the aircraft's maintenence logs indicate that during its Panama City departure,the crew logged an abnormalylow climb attitude after take off. However, due to compressed schedual timetables, maintenance operations in Anchorage decided that maintenance would be done after it returned from its charter flight and have given it a green light. As first officer, the captain has instructed you to watch that closley as he has given you control of this leg.

This folder contains a repaint for version 3.14 of the Douglas C-47 by Manfred Jahn and colleagues in the colors of Frontier Airlines N65276, one of the C-47/DC-3's operated by Frontier Airlines. On April 21, 1957, at 1321 hours, N65276, operating as Frontier Airlines flight 7 departed Prescott, Arizona enroute to Phoenix under visual flight rules (VFR) with 21 passengers and one stewardess. As the flight proceeded southbound toward Phoenix the weather deteriorated to a point where the flight could no longer remain clear of clouds and maintain VFR. Captain Welling requested and received an instrument flight rules (IFR) clearance to proceed to Phoenix via Knob intersection thence to the Phoenix omni range, maintain 7000 feet. The crew never acknowledged receiving the clearance. It is suspected that the reason there was no response is that this was the precise moment that flight 7 struck the west ridge of a mountain at the 4500’ level southeast of Prescott shearing off twelve feet of the left wing and six feet of the left aileron. After declaring an emergency, flight 7 landed safely at Phoenix Sky Harbor airport without further incident. There was no injury to the passengers or crew. The wing was replaced and the aircraft continued flying for Frontier. Sadly, N65276 was lost in a tragic accident in 1967 on a snowy Denver day when a rudder-lock had been placed on an elevator and not removed prior to take-off. Both pilots were killed in the crash.
