File Description: This airport update was made with the latest version of ADE (Airport Design Editor) and made for FSX as a replacement for the stock (default) airport. I've made several changes to the airport which are listed below. All these enchancements are as close to the real airport as I can get with stock library objects. I've used satellite images, terminal photos and maps throughout the whole process so building locations are as accurate as possible. Happy landings in the beautiful Canada! Isles of Scilly Skybus de Havilland Canada DHC-6 Twin Otter

File Description:
This is a repaint of the excellent de Havilland DHC-6 Twin Otter AI Model V.2 by Henry Tomkiewicz. Isles of Scilly Skybus is a British airline which operates seasonal and year round domestic scheduled services to the Isles of Scilly from various airports in south west England. The airline's main operating base is Land's End Airport (LEQ), whilst their head office is located in nearby Penzance, both in the county of Cornwall. The airline was established in March 1984 and started operations in August 1984. Isles of Scilly Skybus originated as an air charter operator at Land's End aerodrome which operated high frequency services to the Isles of Scilly. Following the withdrawal of Brymon Airways routes to and from the islands the operator stepped in, initially operating services to Plymouth. This route was later dropped but with the addition of Twin Otter aircraft the route network expanded to its current make-up. It is wholly owned by Isles of Scilly Steamship Company who also run the passenger ferry, Scillonian III, and freight services from Penzance to the Islands.

De Havilland Canada DHC-6 Twin Otter (VH-HPT) Australian Army

File Description: This folder contains a repaint for the Aerosoft Twin Otter Extended, in the colors of VH-HPT (c/n 707) as it looked between 1997 and 2004, while flying with the Australian Army in 173 Sqn. The aircraft is used for skydiving, and is based in California. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by Aerosoft.

Beaverton CBV2 and Beaverton North fields near Lake Simcoe, Ontario, Canada

File Description:
The town of Beaverton is on the east shore of Lake Simcoe. Just a bit over three miles to the east of the town is Beaverton airfield CBV2, with a grass runway 12/30 that appears to be 2,100 feet long, rather than the listed 2,400 feet. The field is new enough to be omitted from FS9, and though there are plans to build hangars I don't know if anything has been built in the year since I last saw it, so the only buildings here are farm-related. The second field to the northwest is Beaverton North, which is privately owned. It has 2,000 feet or so of grass runway and a large hangar (or storage shed?) and that about sums up all I know about it. There are two airfield scenery folders, two landclass files to provide the grass airfield areas, and a third landclass folder that modifies the terrain around Beaverton CBV2.

Carleton Place airfield CNR6 near Ottawa in Canada, a REVISED version

File Description:
Carleton Place was modelled a year ago and posted. This version has a new grass background which is more realistic and also supports winter snow. This is the first in an updated series of sceneries around Ottawa, and it replaces entirely the previous version, which should be deleted.
