Cedar Rapids Iowa USA Eastern Iowa Regional Airport for FSX. Several improvements have been made to the default airport. The default terminal buildings have been replaced with buildings created in FSDS; aircraft gates have been correctly coded using Airport Design Editor 1.70.6042; a new airport vehicle network has been built to prevent airport vehicles from entering the taxiways; extra fuel trucks have been added throughout the airport; the tower view has been changed to display from the roof of the control tower; static FedEx and UPS scenery objects have been placed throughout the airport; all taxiway signs are correctly placed and all taxiway designators are correctly named; there is the option to open both runways to AI traffic; optionally, a set of GA flight plans is included using all default FSX aircraft to liven up the GA area; and Jim Dhaenen's excellent ramp lights are also included. Please read the README FIRST.txt and installation.txt files to insure proper installation of all files.

| Aloha Island Air 1998 AI Package |

File Description:
Aloha Island Air(which would become independent Island Air after the 2007 failure of Aloha and fly on another 10 years to 2017) operated 100% of the regional flights for Aloha, and Aloha sold all the tickets on the Island Air flights. The DHC-8s were almost finished replacing the DHC-6 Twin Otters in 1998 and last 2 which are in these flightplans were gone by the end of the year. Interestingly, there were no flights in the schedule for West Maui Airport(JHM). I suppose Hawaiian and the local service carriers were too much competition at the time. United Express Colgan Air TFS DHC 8-400 N195WQ. Colgan Air, Inc. is an American certificated regional airline subsidiary of Pinnacle Airlines Corp. The headquarters of Colgan Air are located in Memphis, Tennessee.
Colgan Air's major hubs are in Newark, Houston (Intercontinental) and Washington (Dulles). It is operating for United Express. Pinnacle Airlines Corp. plans to phase out the Colgan Air name. This works for both FS9 and FSX. Tested in FSX. FS9 model used. Texture quality; FSX Native: DDS DXT5 with alpha. FS9 Native: BMP DXT3 with alpha.

This is a repaint of the DC-3 in Malaysia Singapore Airlines (MSA) colors. The freeware DC-3/C-47 v3 by Manfred Jahn is needed for this repaint. MSA came into being in November 1967 when the governments of Malaysia and Singapore decided to combine operations. Over the years their network expanded greatly with flights to many countries worldwide. However, there were differences in philosophy; Singapore pushed for expanded international services while Malaysia’s officials sought greater development of lengthy regional/domestic routes. This led to very acrimonious meetings between the officials of the two countries from 1971 onward, which led to the dissolution of MSA and the eventual birth of two new airlines; Malaysian Airline System (MAS), and Singapore Airlines which were both formally launched on October 1 1972. This repaint was tested on FSX-SE and should work on FSX & P3D v1-3 This repaint was tested on FSX-SE. It should work on FSX & P3D v1-v3.

Juneyao Airlines is a regional airline based in Changning District, Shanghai, China, operating domestic services out of the two Shanghai airports (Hongqiao and Pudong). The company was founded in 2005 as a subsidiary of Juneyao Group.
Juneyao Airlines livery is painted on Project Airbus's Airbus A321-211(WL) model (included). The textures are saved in 32bit format for quality graphics. Textures are also characterized by HD (High Definition). Its features are idle-reverser animation, animated pack vents and pressurisation outflow valve, detailed textures, accurate paint, dynamic shine & effects, dynamic flexing wings that respond to turbulence, fully independent suspension, trim animation, gear steering, accurate flight dynamics, spoiler animation, reflective cockpit windows, improved wingflex code with input from several new parameters including ground spoilers, fuel load, and angle of attack, transparent navigation light lenses and many more.

The model features exterior model, dynamic wing flex with XML coding, wing views, fully animated control surfaces, fully independent XML landing gear suspension, trim animation, highly realistic Opening Passenger Door L1 (integrated Airstair door) and opening forward and aft baggage holds (opened by the included POSKY Utility Panel), rolling wheels and extremely detailed animated landing gears with photorealistic textures, XML coded nose gear steering with steering lock at high rolling speed, animated thrust reversers, modeled built-in Lektro Pushback Tug (controlled by POSKY Utility Panel) and highly-detailed and accurate, 32bit day and night textures and realistic lighting effects. This works for both FS9 and FSX. Tested in FSX. FS9 models used.
For FSX users make sure you have UNCHECKED "Aircraft casts shadows on the ground" in the Aircraft-Exterior Settings in FSX, to make any FS9-based model visible during the day!

File Description:
Ghana Airways was only 6 years from the end of a long history in 1998. A pair of DC-9-51s flew around West Africa, sometimes on 6-stop flights, while the 2 DC-10-30s(one of which was still in the old livery) flew to New York and the 3 routes remaining in Europe. Though based in ACC, ABJ seems to have had more flights and destinations from the DC-9s. One of the DC-9s was destroyed in a crash landing 2 years later and the airline never recovered, shutting down in 2004. A single Fokker 27-600 was operated by the Ghana Air Force as "Ghana Link", a regional subsidiary of Ghana Airways, in full Ghana military colors. Telluride United States N37 56'21 W107 48'59 Telluride is the county seat of the county and the most populous city of San Miguel County in the southwestern part of the US state of Colorado at the end of a gigantic canyon located Telluride, Colorado (8,750ft), a national historical landmark surrounded by the highest concentration of 13,000 'and 14,000' peaks in the United States. The city is a former silver mining camp on the San Miguel River in the western mountains of San Juan, a major center for winter sports. Telluride is more accessible than ever, as more flight options have been added for the 2017-18 winter season. Charlotte Douglas International is the last airport added to the list of direct flights to the Montrose-Telluride Regional Airport (MTJ) which brings the total of 15 non-stop flights (16 during the holiday season) from 12 major hubs to the 2017 - 18 winter. In the scenery you will find the city of Telluride and the airport infrastructure of the Charlotte Douglas International airport.

YBLT (Ballarat Aerodrome) is a regional 'airport' in the central west of the State of Victoria, Australia and utilises infrastructure from the days of RAAF operations which lasted till the early 1960's. Thus the buildings are now a bit outdated but this file does not reflect that as I have not done any custom texturing so everything in this package tends to look a bit new and crispy.
Note the name of this 'airport'. The locals are adamant it is an aerodrome, not an airport. I have not found any freeware or commercial offerings for an alternative to the default and so I have put one together.
This is a reasonable approximation of the airport /aerodrome but is not entirely accurate as the hangars/buildings I have modelled myself are generic ones I have done and do not look exactly like the ones at that facility. The connecting road is not in true alignment as I have created it so as it blends into the surrounding default scenery.
