File Description: Call sign Milan73, F-ZMBC is one of two Q400s operated by Securite Civile as a water bomber. The sister is Milan74 F-ZMBD. they were busy during the fires that raged across the South of France earlier. The water tanks are detachable by the way. Textures for Majestic's Q400. Are good for FSX through to P3Dv4.1.

Lost Horn Ranch

File Description:
This is Lost Horn Ranch (FA80) a small farm strip located in South Florida near Ochopee. The location is well placed to reach the west and Gulf coasts and not too far from the Keys. The strip exists in the default FS9. This scenery is fiction and tries to depict a small farm strip in the 1930s. The inspiration to make this was Golden Wings 3 (developed by Bill and Lynn Lyons and the Golden Wings Gang). Hopefully everything looks more or less in keeping with the period prior to WWII. If something stands out then let me know and I will do something about it. The scenery is a work in progress. I plan to add to it over the coming months including some outlying buildings etc and maybe another farm strip or two. I have in mind to create enough visual reference points across Florida so that pilots may fly VFR using them. In the meantime please accept my apologies for any rough edges.

Just For Fun 1

File Description:
Here's a little "just for fun" addition to make your GA flying in California a bit more interesting. Moffett Field, Mountain View, CA is a major landmark in the San Francisco Bay area. It is my understanding that NASA now controls this property and may convert all or a part of it to an Aviation Musuem. Microsoft elected to include the two ENORMOUS hangers that apparently were once used by the Navy to store Blimps and train crews. This scenery has the Goodyear Blimp (by Bill Lyons) doing touch and goes - taking off from inside of and landing in one of the immense hangers! Perhaps not very realistic but great fun to watch! Everything is included plus a recommendation to add John Townsend's great Hangar One scenery to the same airport. Works in FS2004 only.
