Developed by Europe's leading aerospace companies, Eurofighter Typhoon is now in service with the Air Forces of Germany, Spain, Italy and the United Kingdom and will fulfill Air Force requirements well into the 21st Century. Aircraft production is ongoing and with 638 aircraft under contract to the four Partner Nations and Austria, as the first export customer. The design of Eurofighter Typhoon is optimised for air dominance performance with high instantaneous and sustained turn rates, and specific excess power. This folder contains a repaint for the A2A Spitfire in the colors of Spitfire Mk Vb EP829 T-N, the aircraft of Squadron Leader Joseph Lynch, the CO of No 249 squadron, based in Malta 1943. Sqn Ldr Lynch was an 'Eagle' squadron veteran, originally from California, and he became an ace flying this aircraft, shooting down 4 JU52's, a JU88 and a Caproni CA313. One of the JU52's was the 1000th axis aicraft destroyed by Malta's defences. Lynch later joined the USAAF, with a final score of 10 aircraft destroyed and 7 shared. EP829 survived the war and later ironically joined the Italian Air Force as MM4069. It flew with 51 Stormo, which 3 years earlier was involved in the attack on Malta.Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by A2A.

| B-24 USAAF 489th BG "Sharon D" |

File Description:
This Ford-built B-24H was assigned to Lt Col Leon Vance, deputy commander of the 489th BG. It was Vance who had brought the aircraft from the US to Halesworth. The bomber was named after its pilot’s infant daughter Sharon, who had been born in 1942. Lt Col Vance was flying a different aircraft on the 5 June 1944 mission against a German coastal defence complex near Wimereaux, France-a mission in which the latter aircraft was lost, and for which Vance was awarded the Medal of Honor. He was the only B-24 crew member in the Eighth Air Force accorded this distinction whilst flying a mission from the UK. Vance was heading home to recover from combat wounds when he went down on a C-54 Skymaster carrying wounded and crippled veterans over the North Atlantic on 26 July 1944. In October 1946, at the age of four, Sharon Vance travelled via US Army Air Forces transport to Enid, Oklahoma (now home of Vance Air Force Base), for a ceremony in which Maj Gen James P Hodges gave her the Medal of Honor awarded to her father. Today, daughter Sharon Kiernan of San Diego, California, is an Air Force wife, and she helps to keep alive the memory of her father, and of the bomber named after her. The Sharon D retained its nickname throughout the war, and was eventually transferred to the 445th BG. It survived the conflict, and was eventually broken up for scrap.

Fictional AI flight plans for B200 VQ-TRS, operated by Air Turks & Caicos. The real airplane is used for charter operations. Textures available, vq-trs.zip. Unfortunately VQ-TIU, the second B200 of Air Turks & Caicos crashed so I did not make flight plans for this one. In order to implement these flight plans, you must be familiar with all functions of AI Traffic and TTools by Lee Swordy.

File Description:
This scenery makes Jokkmokk air base (ESNJ) functional in FS2004 and FSX by adding taxiways, taxiway signs, aprons, parking stands and a few basic buildings. The Jokkmokk base is one of the largest air bases in Sweden, in terms of area, and consists of a 2000 m long main runway and three 800 m long "short runways" dispersed along strips of highway in the forest around the main base.
