File Description:
100% accurate scheduled flightplans for the winter 2005-2006 period, which have been compiled according to the company website.
Blu-Express.com is the brand new low-cost arm of the italian charter airline Blue Panorama Airlines, which transfered two of their 737-400's exclusively on its new scheduled low-cost operaions, under its own brand and dedicated colors.
During this winter season, these aircraft are both based at Roma-Fiumicino and operates links to Bari, Grenoble, Milano-Malpensa, München, Nice, and Wien.
For info, Blu-express operations are nevertheless using Blue Panorama Airlines aircraft, crew, call-sign, and IATA/ICAO codes.
This file only includes "Blu-express" flights (no charter flights included); you are free to merge them in any Blue Panorama Airlines charter package of your choice, bearing in mind to replace the two 737-400's EI-DGM and EI-DGN with my compilation, as given that they are put aside from the normal BPA's charter work.

Douglas C47-B-DK c/n 33257. Purchased from Hunting Aviation in 1953 where it was registered as G-ANAS. Transfered to Wenela Rhodesia as VP-YSM then A2-ZEM. Sold to African Air carriers as ZS-KIV. It is probably the only DC-3 in the world to have suffered the most accidents and be rebuilt, it had survived no less than three landing accidents, one collision with a tree and two serious fires. One of the fires virtually destroyed the whole cockpit! The cockpit section from the original ZS-DCA, which had been abandoned at Lourenco Marques (Maputo) in 1975, was stitched on to this aircraft after one accident in the early 1990's. It finally crashed on landing in 2005 in the DRC at Kilembwe and remains there, untouched, as it is now trapped in a mine field. It was on a routine flight for Wimbidira Airways and was registered as 9Q-CWI. Prior installation of Manfred Jahn's outstanding FS2004 Douglas C-47 Base Pack (c-47_basepack_fs9.zip) is required. This is a repaint for the A2A/Shockwave Productions WWII Fighters product. This repaint depicts the Nakajima A6M2 Model 21 owned/operated by the Texas Flying Legends Museum, based at Ellington Field, Houston, Texas, which flies at airshows around the country each year. The aircraft is referred to as the "Last Samurai", as it is the only A6M2 Model 21 Zero still flying, the same type which was used by the Japanese Navy during the attack on Pearl Harbor. Although the actual aircraft is almost entirely new-build, each part copied from original parts or drawings, the aircraft's identity originates from A6M2 serial number 1498, which was recovered from the Solomon Islands in the late 60's. The completed aircraft, which first flew in the summer of 2005, has been praised by Japanese aeronautical engineers and world experts as being the most accurate/authentic of all of the flying reproductions. The exterior repaint was created using Martin Catney's superb paintkit, and modified VC textures are included to closely match the real aircraft. This repaint will work for both FSX and FS2004.

I've always had a particular fondness for Tofino CYAZ, located on the west coast of Vancouver Island. I made my first Tofino scenery in 2005 using Lago's FSE, and an updated version in 2006 using EZ-Scenery. Neither of those included custom models. This final version is a complete, from-the-ground-up rebuild. Every building and many of the other scenery objects are custom made based on photos and using photo textures. (The images in the "Tour" folder will take you on a tour of the real and virtual airport.) In the time since the first two virtual versions were made, a new terminal building has been added to the east ramp at the real Tofino, along with some new hangers, and the scenery includes these changes. Tofino has an NDB instrument approach (CYAZ NDB A.pdf), but night operations are not allowed. For this reason the new terminal building has no night lighting. The golf clubhouse restaurant and pro shop are open after dark for your shopping and dining pleasure. This scenery represents many hours of work...I hope you enjoy it.

A high quality AFCAD2 file the John Wayne-Orange Co (KSNA) scenery by Shehryar Ansari. This file features assigned gates for all airlines that currently serve SNA. An extensive GA parking area has been added to the airport and includes Helipads. Cargo ramps for resident cargo operators FedEx and UPS are also provided. The aprons feature correct surfaces, and a tower view is now available at the airport. Nearly every available space at this airport has been used to provide a total of 83 parking positions, comprising 7 gates for regional jets, 14 gates for mainline aircraft, 4 Cargo Ramps and 58 GA ramps (7 of these can take a BBJ). Assigned parking is also provided for Martin Aviation, who have a base at SNA. Requires the scenery addon SNA2004.zip and SNA2004SP.zip by Shehryar Ansari - Not recommended to be used with the default FS airport. This file replaces the AFCAD that was released in 2005, and provides up to date gate assignments as of April 2010. Previous Version had 3672 downloads. Enjoy!

This folder contains a repaint for the freeware Grumman Mallard by Milton Shupe and LDR development. It shows ZK-CDV, Mallard c/n J13. It was imported into New Zealand by the Utah-Williamson-Burnett Ltd for transportation to its Manapouri Power Station project.
This airframe was constructed in late 1946 and delivered to Canada on 25-01-1947 as CF-FFG. By mid 1951 it was in Indonesia as PK-AKG with an offshoot of Shell Oil. It then moved to the Netherlands New Guinea register as JZ-POB in 1955. It eventually became VH-TGA in 1962 with East Coast Airlines followed by a transfer to Trans Australia Airlines in mid 1963 and used on the "Coralair Service". It was ferried into Auckland on 13-10-1963 and became ZK-CDV on the 15th for Utah-Williamson-Burnett at Invercargill. It still had some hydraulic problems as its nosewheel collapsed on 07-10-1964 at Invercargill. It was purchased in about 1969 by the Department of Internal Affairs and went to NAC in Christchurch for some refurbishment and a paint job before being cancelled on 21-02-1969 and marked up as VQ-FBC. This was for Air Pacific with whom it carried the name "Na Secala". It was withdrawn from use in Fiji on 04-10-1970 and cancelled from their register on 31-03-1971 for transfer to the US as N2442H the following day. It has soldiered on ever since; moving to Canada as C-GRZI for about a year in 1978 before returning to the US again. In June of 1993 it was sold to Steve Hamilton of Reno Nevada. Steve re-registered it as N2950 in March of 1998. It is still current.

Texture Replacement for Phoenix (Arizona) Area Buildings. There are two buildings in the default scenery for Phoenix, AZ which have needed correction since FSX was released. The original baseball stadium in downtown Phoenix was the Bank One Ballpark, along with the corresponding Bank One Building. Both were absorbed in 2005 by Chase Bank, with name changes (Chase Field and Chase Tower). Also, the local MLB team (Arizona Diamondbacks) changed their colors and logo style around the same time. None of this has been reflected in FSX-through-P3Dv5, as the original FSX textures have carried forward. I'm sure this isn't the only anachronism in the P3D world, but I am fixing my small corner of it. This fix is good for any version of FSX or P3D published to date (DDS textures), just copy the enclosed "scenery" folder into the main folder of your sim of choice, and over-write when prompted. The textures are only 512x512, as are the originals, so I may or may not re-do these in an HD-size in the future, but it will have to be from scratch, so no promises.
