| Von Humboldt's Latin America expedition |

Friedrich Wilhelm Heinrich Alexander Freiherr von Humboldt (September 14, 1769 - May 6, 1859) was a German naturalist and explorer. Between 1799 and 1804, Humboldt traveled extensively in Latin America, exploring and describing it for the first time in a manner generally considered to be a modern scientific point of view. On June 5, 1949 (150 years after Von Humboldt's departure) our journey begins in La Coruna, Spain, in Lufthansa's Dornier Do-26 flying boat to follow this example. Since Von Humboldt also made many in-land journeys on the South-American continent, we use the Junkers Ju-52 for our continental VFR flights. Aguenar - Hadj Bey Akhamok Airport (French: Aeroport de Tamanrasset / Aguenar - Hadj Bey Akhamok) (IATA: TMR, ICAO: DAAT), also known as Aguenar Airport or Tamanrasset Airport, is an airport serving Tamanrasset, a city in the Tamanrasset Province of southern Algeria. It is located 3.6 nautical miles (6.7 km) northwest of the city. The airport was an alternative landing site for NASA's Space Shuttle, and have been used for American military operations.
In the mid-2000s it was extensively upgraded to serve additionally as a military base, with 10 hardened aircraft shelters, aprons, personnel accommodation and other facilities. Please note that runway 08-26 and ILS are out of service at this time. This work is dedicated to West Wind Airlines.

The Lockheed Hudson was an American-built light bomber and coastal reconnaissance aircraft built initially for the Royal Air Force shortly before the outbreak of the Second World War and primarily operated by the RAF thereafter. The Hudson was the first significant aircraft construction contract for the Lockheed Aircraft Corporation—the initial RAF order for 200 Hudsons far surpassed any previous order the company had received.[1][2][3] The Hudson served throughout the war, mainly with Coastal Command but also in transport and training roles as well as delivering agents into occupied France. They were also used extensively with the Royal Canadian Air Force's anti-submarine squadrons and by the Royal Australian Air Force.

This AI-Package contains several beautiful airplanes: Bell-UH1D, Hamburger Flugzeugbau: C-160 Transall, Heinkel: He-111C, Lockheed: T-33A T-Bird, Martin: B-26 Marauder, Nord Aviation: ND2501 Noratlas and last not least the North American: Harvard Mk.41 T-6. Most of these aircraft perform "Touch and Goes" in the local traffic pattern at Landsberg-Airbase per attached flightplan and some C-160 Transall go IFR to Hohn (ETNH, homebase of LTG63), Wunstorf (ETNW, homebase of LTG62), to Sarajewo (LQSA) and Pristina (LYPR). All the attached outstanding airplanes have been created by well known designers (see briefing). My part was just to put them together and to generate an almost reasonable AI-Flightplan.

It will allow you to fly a MIg-17F for the North Koreans , A Mig-19S for the Chinese and a Mig21MF for the Cuban Air Force. It has fully functional squadrons, load outs, historical experience, pilot’s names as well as campaign briefings. It includes files that will activate the correct markings for all air forces. It also includes files to make the Mig-17F, Mig-19S and the Mig-21MF flyable (if needed). All is included in this one download. Kansas City International Airport, originally named Mid-Continent International Airport, is an American public airport located 15 miles North West of the central business district of Kansas City, in Platte County, Missouri, United States. It has consistently ranked in the top-five airports in the North America Airport Satisfaction Study by J. D. Power and Associates. In February 2010, the airport was the highest-rated medium-sized airport receiving five stars in all categories. Its largest carriers are Southwest Airlines and Delta Air Lines, which both operate a large number of daily flights in Terminal B.
Using ADEx 1.55, aeronautical maps and Google Earth the default AFCAD has been updated to reflect today's situation.

LAN Airlines is a group of South American airlines based in Santiago, Chile and part of LATAM Airlines Group, Latin America's largest airline holding. LATAM was formed by the takeover by LAN of Brazilian TAM Airlines which was completed on June 22, 2012, although both companies operate with different certificates and liveries. Its headquarters is located in Las Condes, Santiago Province. Contact ground presents this new texture pack with nice detailed repaints CC-CQN, CC-BAA, LV-BGI, CC-BAL, CC-CQM, HC-CLA, LV-BFO (old), LVBFO (new), CC-BAT. Bought by Central Airlines on December 15, 1960 and reregistered N74850. Converted by General Dynamics to CV-600 on July 29, 1966 and sold to Frontier Airlines on October 01, 1967. It operates as United Express for United Airlines and US Airways Express for US Airways.

The Mikoyan MiG-29 is a 3th generation jet fighter aircraft designed for an air superiority role in the Soviet Union. Developed in the 1970s by the Mikoyan design bureau, it entered service with the Soviet Air Force in 1983, and remains in use by the Russian Air Force as well as in many other nations. NATO reporting name for the MiG-29 is "Fulcrum", which was unofficially used by Soviet pilots in service. It was developed to counter new American fighters such as the F-16 Fighting Falcon, and the F-15 Eagle.
