File Description:
Aloha Island Air(which would become independent Island Air after the 2007 failure of Aloha and fly on another 10 years to 2017) operated 100% of the regional flights for Aloha, and Aloha sold all the tickets on the Island Air flights. The DHC-8s were almost finished replacing the DHC-6 Twin Otters in 1998 and last 2 which are in these flightplans were gone by the end of the year. Interestingly, there were no flights in the schedule for West Maui Airport(JHM). I suppose Hawaiian and the local service carriers were too much competition at the time. UPLOAD did "FSX All Nippon Airways Boeing 747-400" on August 19, 2007. But, it was modified because the coating of the detailed part couldn't be done beautifully. Let ANA Airplane of "All Nippon Airways" soar with both "British Airways" and "Northwest Airlines", "Aloha airlines", "Hawaiian airlines" in the sky of the world. It is made in AI Airplane as well. A ANA Airplane appears on KLAX, KONT, EGLL, EGKK,PHNL. It asks for aviation traffic by more than 40%.

| FSX/P3D Aloha Airlines F-27 circa 1963 |

File Description:
This is a repaint of the F-27 in Aloha Airlines colors. The freeware FSX/P3D F-27 by Bjorn Kesten is needed for this repaint. It was modifed using Mike Stone's F-27, and the Tom Gibson & Bernward Bockheim F-27 model.
The purchase of 3 F-27s was Aloha's first foray into the 'jet prop' world. The first F-27 was delivered on April 15, 1959, which was the same year that Hawaii became a state of the USA. The F-27s were well liked by the passengers, which were obviously smoother and faster than the DC-3s they sunsequently replaced. This F-27, N5098A, was with Aloha from 1960 to 1967, which was the year that all the F-27s were themselves retired. Be aware that this is an FSX/P3D version and will not work on FS2004. Textures are DXT5. This repaint was tested on FSX-SE. It should work on FSX, & P3D v1-4.

File Description:
By 1998, Aloha Air was down to operating 737-200s, having ditched the 737-300s and 737-400s that they flew earlier in the 1990s. The 737-200 would remain the mainstay of the inter-island fleet until the shutdown in 2007. Impressively, every one of the airlines' high frequency routes was daily. The arrival of the 737-700s and flying to the mainland USA would come a little later. The airline would eventually fail in 2008, after a hike in fuel prices and competition from Mesa Air Group's iflyGo! forced the airline into hardship. In it's history, Aloha opearted 63 different 737-200s. Some of them lived on as the company re-organized into the much smalled "Aloha Air Cargo" which is around today. The 1994-2008 livery on the FAIB 737-200 by ImpulseAI may be found on Avsim as "ai_aloha_airlines_faib_b732_oc.zip".Flightplans by Chasen Richardson as part of the 1998 Flight Simulator Project.
