Apollo-Soyuz ASTP Mission

This addon reproduces the first american-russian rendezvous mission onboard an Apollo class vessel, and the russian counterpart Soyuz. All the required meshes/modules are now included in one package so it's not necessary to download several packages anymore. This addon compatible with Orbiter build 030303.
