| DA Fokker 70 Panel Controller V2 |

This release covers the changes to the panel.cfg file after updating the DA Fokker to the latest release.
After flying the DA Fokker 70 and 100 for a while, I realised that not all FS pilots would have access to a programmable joystick that would enable them to assign a button to operate the various pop-up panels in the Fokker, so I thought that a gauge mounted on the flight panel that centralised the controls for the pop-up windows may be a handy addition. After adding the gauge you will be able to access the following pop-up panels using the mouse from one centralised position on both the Pilot Flying and First Officer the panels. From left to right the pop-up panels are as follows.. The Upper Row Includes the Overhead Upper, Overhead Lower, Pedestal Forward. Pedestal Middle and Pedestal Rear... The Lower Row Includes the Radio Stack, CDU, Doors and Ground Power, Secondary Annunciator Panel, Enlarged Left Hand MFDU Also included are instructions on how to add the Groundhandling gauge by Rob Barendregt to the Doors and Ground Power panel of the Fokker.

This project is based on David Maltby's panel. This update the first in the 50th Anniversary year of the VC10 (there are currently nine still flying) brings to fruition a number of extensive works in progress that have involved almost every gauge! The aircraft now has a fully integrated pressurisation and oxygen delivery system that conforms not only to the Flight Manual but also to ICAO regulations. Therefore cockpit mismanagement can potentially result in hypoxia! Besides this there are also a large number of new additions both in conformity with the Flight Manual and as extra visuals. It's now possible to "see" the Marshaller - There are new speed calls - and whilst you are preoccupied with your checklists the ground staff can be heard going about their business preparing for the flight as indicated also on the Ignition Panel. | Baron Digital Engine Panel for FIP |

For Saitek Pro Flight Instrument Panel. This folder contains two engine panels, digital type, for Beech Baron. The difference between the two panels is the position of the fuel tank gauge, oil gauges, trims, flaps and gears lights. The package includes a serie of coloured needles that can be changed easily, just replace the default needle by the one of your choice. Default needles are white for left engine parameters and blue for right engine parameters. Left tank needle is green (more visible), right tank needle is blue.
Both Baron_digit_engine.xml provide: Manifold pressure, Fuel flow, Oil temperature, Oil pressure, Propeller RPM, Cylinder Head Temperature, Exhaust Gas Temperature, Fuel level for the left and right tanks, Pitch, Rudder and Aileron trims, Gears down and in transit lights, flaps positions and in transit lights.

After some comments I added a tail wheel warning light which light up in blue when the tail wheel is unlocked. If you already use the DC3 FIP, I recommend to overwrite the previous needles by those coming with this version and which are updated. The package includes a serie of coloured needles that can be changed easily, just replace the default needle by the one of your choice.
DC3_engine_v2.xml provides: Manifold pressure, Exhaust Gas Temperature, Fuel flow, Oil temperature, Oil pressure, Propeller RPM, Fuel quantity for the left, right and center tanks, Flaps position needle, trims for Pitch, Rudder and Aileron, Gears down green light and Gears in transit red light and tail wheel warning light.

After some comments I added a water rudder warning light which light up in blue when the water rudder is unlocked and in down position. If you already use the Beaver FIP, I recommend to overwrite the previous needles by those coming with this version and which are updated. The package includes a serie of colored needles that can be changed easily, just replace the default needle by the one of your choice. Beaver_engine_v2.xml provides: Manifold pressure, Exhaust Gas Temperature, Fuel flow, Oil temperature, Oil pressure, Propeller RPM, Fuel quantity for center tanks 1, 2 and 3, Flaps position, Pitch, Rudder and Aileron trims, Water rudder warning light.

File Description:
This update contains some ammendments to some background unseen gauges that control the simulation. But, importantly this update focuses mostly on fuel uplift. The external starboard underwing fuel gauges have been modelled so that you can refuel the aircraft realistically and in real time. The exterior fuel panel on the VC10 features both a manual and automatic mode. The automatic mode has been modelled. You simply preset the gauges for the required uplift and when reached the fuel is automatically cut off exactly as done on the real aircraft. See the documentaion for a fuller explanation.

Flight plans for the Fokker 50 Panel Project NMS by Espen Øijordsbakken. Routes based on flight plans by Scandinavian Virtual Airlines for use by SVA members and enthusiasts alike. This group of flight plans departs from Copenhagen - Kastrup (EKCH/CPH), making intermediate stops, until reaching Honningsvag (ENHV/HVG), which is the northernmost airport on continental Europe.
