| Latin VFR Cuzco Photo and Airport Scenery |

File Description:
Cuzco or how is also formally known today as “Cusco” is one of the most important cities of Peru and is the historic capital of the Inca empire, it is also the historical capital of Peru designated by its constitution. The city is located in the Andes mountains and its elevation is above 3310 metres or 10860 feet above sea level. The city is nearby the ancient historical symbol of the Incas, Machu Picchu which is about 80 kilometers from Cusco, which became one of the New seven wonders of the world back in 2007.
This airport (SPZO) or (CUZ) has a visibility restriction and only operates during daylight due to the requirement of a visual approach to land. The aircraft operate mainly in one direction of flight in and out of this airport, they land on runway 28 and depart on runway 10. During weather situations in which no visual approach can be made the airport is closed until the weather gets better. No pilot dares to land with an overcast sky into an airport completely surrounded by mountains and no precision guidance navaid in order to assist for the landing. Therefore all landings conducted are SOLELY visual, and strict VFR rules apply. American Airlines (AA) briefly operated in this airport in the late 90’s and the word out there was that they kept doing miss approaches having difficulties with the approach, so it is widely known to be an airport dominated by veterans of the Cuzco approach, mainly Peruvian pilots or Andean pilots that know how difficult it is to have such restrictions. This is certainly the Madeira or the Innsbruck of all Latin American airports, it would be wise to say that this one is harder due to the lack of a precision approach. And by the way the largest aircraft permitted to operate here is a B757-200, however, anything bigger than a B737-200 needs government approval.

It also adds some more new features to the scenery and improves its performance. This is probably the last update for Tehran scenery 2003 and is a full package containing all files you need to run the scenery.Thanks to beta testers for their work and also all those who reported the bugs and deficiencies.

I love old stuff, so here's some vintage (or maybe just plain old) hangers in a variety of sizes and styles. Some have animated doors. All have night lighting and most use multiple LOD (Levels Of Detail) to be more frame-rate friendly.
Version 3+ adds specific compatibility with RWY12, ADE9X, and Sbuilder 2.05. If you have already installed the previous version of this library and are NOT using one of these programs to place scenery objects, you do not need to download and install V3+. V3+ also includes the updated textures from SS_Textures_update_1.zip. Installing V3+ should not affect any scenery made using objects from previous versions.

There sure is more than one reason to go to Aspen and this is sure another must-have of my Colorado sceneries. If you're coming IFR there's a couple of very demanding approach procedures. From a LOC/DME to several visual approaches there's everything your heart might desire. Due to the steep and high surrounding terrain these are quiet some hair raisers (see www.airnav.com/airport/KASE). If you're coming VFR then the traffic pattern altitude is 9.005 ft for light aircraft (vs. 9.505 for aircraft 12.500 lbs or more). Weather and wind permitting, RW15 is preferred for all landings (left pattern). RW33 has a right pattern and is preferred for all takeoffs. You even need a written permission to depart RW15. When departing VFR make a right turn to a heading of 360 degrees ASAP for noise abatement and hold this heading for at least 2 miles from the field. And don't forget to enjoy the impressive mountain scenery with two 14ers: Snowmass Mtn. and Castle Pk. to the southwest. This scenery brings you another 3.500 sq km of beautiful Colorado in 4.7m/pix quality. | EKKL-Kalundborg Airport X VFR Photo Scenery |

File Description:
Kalundborg Airport – named Kaldred is a small regional field in a comfortable distance from my other FOTOREAL airport EKRK-Copenhagen Airport Roskilde. In the period 1964-76, airfield operations was yearly 15.000-20.000, and in 1976 the heavier aircrafts with retractable gear made it necessary to change the Runway surface from grass to asphalt. In 1981, the closure of Skovlunde Airfield in the Greater Copenhagen Area moved traffic to other locations like EKRK-Roskilde, and investments was made to improve service and facilities at EKKL to attract new customers, being a the perfect hub for aircraft operations to many of the small Danish islands. For many years post and News papers were daily transported by road from print in Copenhagen to Kaldred and flown to EKSS-Samsø (my last released airport).
Today six Air companies reside in Kaldred, together with Kalundborg Flyveklub. Visit Kaldred, and be sure you will get a warm welcome, and as they say in Kalundborg Flying Club, there are always coffee in the clubhouse. Included in the zip file is a version for Ultimate Terrain Europe and Dan-Vfr plus the Default scenery. Enjoy.
