Whitefish 58S in Montana US

File Description:
I have made this because I downloaded and tried the Glacier Park scenery by Blue Sky Scenery and then discovered that the runway for Whitefish was wrongly aligned and headed off across the adjacent railroad tracks. This would be inconvenient if you had to wait for a train to pass before landing so I fixed that and added a couple of buildings. That's it, nothing more complicated than that. If I find some more airfields in this area with similar problems then I'll do more of the same. Whitefish is 3 or so miles north of Glacier Park International at 3,066 feet ASL and around 35 miles south of the Canadian border. There are no large towns close by; the nearest would be Missoula, which is 90 miles further south.

Charles Darwin Voyage of the Beagle

File Description:
On 27th of December, 1831 Charles Robert Darwin, born 1809, sailed from Devonport, England for a five-year voyage around the world on HMS Beagle and returned almost five years later on 2nd of October 1836. On 27th of December 1931 our journey begins in Devonport, near Plymouth in the Imperial Airways' Short S30 LR "Cabot" flying boat to follow this example. Since Charles Darwin also made many in-land journeys on the South American and Australian continents, the flying boat would be unpractical; instead we use the FS2004 default DC-3 for our continental VFR flights. Download and install Jens B. Kristensen's EMPIRE20.ZIP. The stage Cape Verde to Brazil requires Alexander Belov's scenery "Aeropostale Transatlantique" (A_ATLANT.ZIP). Also strongly recommended is Toni Agramont's sceneries ARGNTINA.ZIP plus CHILE_NO.ZIP plus CHILE_SO.ZIP.

FDE iFDG A320 LIP v1.7

File Description:
A320 IAE V2500-A5@27000Lbs With LIP v1.7 (Lift Improvement Package) by Alan Fernandes and improved A-FLOOR protection by Edson Costa. Application of LIP on A320-IAE has been developed with the main objective to improve landing performance at SDU (PR-MAG and PR-MAK). LIP allows to reduce the approach speed by 6-7 kt for operational landing weights. Note: Preliminary estimate of the speed benefit was around 4kt. Five structural modifications have been introduced to change the aerodynamic configuration of the aircraft: 3 modifications on the wing leading edge, 1 modification on the engine nacelle (not modeled) and 1 modification on the wing trailing edge. UK Hawks Part3: Battle of Britiain Tribute Complete AI Package

File Description:
Military AI Works is proud to present the UK Hawks Part 3: Battle of Britain Tribute Package for FS2004. MAIW pays tribute to "The Few" who fought during one of the most decisive aerial campaigns of World War II, the Battle of Britain. This package adds a specially marked green and brown Hawk aircraft to 19(R) Squadron of the RAF paying tribute to the Supermarine Spitfire aircraft flown by various RAF fighter squadrons during the battle. Also included are flightplans that will depict the historic September 15th flypast of former Battle of Britain fighter stations. Boeing 737-400 Landing Splash Effect

File Description:
Planning to fly in bad weather in the default Boeing 737-400 aircraft in FS2002? Install this file and watch a splash of water come from the wheels of the 737-400 as if there was rain on the runway and it was making a splash when it is landing. This is for the default Boeing 737-400 in FS2002. This will work on all 3 liveries, American Pacific, Landmark Airlines, and Orbit Airlines. More files to come to make this work with other FS2002 aircraft. You can also select either a small splash, medium splash or big splash. Please note while the splash effect is on, no smoke will come from the wheels when landing, but you can turn off the effect if you want to restore the smoke.

San Franciso Fire 2003 Slurry Bomber

File Description:
This package contains a representation of the current (April 2003) San Francisco Fire, about 60 NM south of Albquerque along the Rio Grande River bosque area. More precisely it is less than 5 NM North of the OMN (Socorro, NM) VOR. This is the first fire of the 2003 fire season and so far only two P-3 tankers have been certified safe for operations after the disasters in the 2002 season where several of the older aircraft crashed due to airframe fatique. The USFS needs your help! Load up your favorite slurry bomber and head down. The fire is contained to the west side of the Rio Grande right now, and you'll find fire trucks working along the western face of the fire. Tested in FS2002 but should also work in FS2000.

File Description:
This file is an update of my previous versions for the default airport (my previous versions not required), a big thanks to Lee Swordy's latest version of AFCAD_2.1.1 which i used here, with 85 gates/parking/cargo parking and for the heli pilots, the default helipad has been moved to a better position +3 more have been added and spread around the airport, i've tried to set the airport up as realisic as i can from an aerial photo, aircraft parking has been tidied up as has the concrete/asphalt taxiways and parking areas including the removal of the grass around the hangars and parking areas, airport views are from the control tower (only when you are in TOWER view) some gates allocated to airlines (fully tested with Ultimate Traffic but not required)

Almost ten months in the making and thousands of trees "planted" but I think its finally as good and as real as I can make it. 39 high quality airports for viewing with Lagos FSSE (SP2 minimum), from the largest international airports down to the smallest dirt strips, covering parts of Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia (coming soon Delaware). This version is designed to be viewed at extremely dense settings and still give the best frame rate possible and supersedes Rel 1 which was designed for a dense setting. ALL the airports have had face lifts as well as upgrades in night lighting. Includes 5 large international airports, 7 regional airports, 26 general aviation airports, and 3 seaplane areas. Dubai International Airport OMDB Single-Layer AFCAD

File Description:
This single-layer AFCAD file, named OMDBBB.txt, is an FS2002 facility file for the Dubai International Airport in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It adds as many gates as possible to the airport. The gates are logically labeled, but may not reflect their real-world equivalent. My goal was to add 'life' to the airport, not recreate an exact replica of the real thing. All runways are available for FS2K2 to select the active. The file ID is OMDB and has the following gate distribution: Heavy-3, Medium-4, Small-10, Express-0, GA-6. I have included Lee Swordy's AF Installer along with this file. It automatically installs it into FS2002. To use the installer, simply click on the file OMDBBB.txt and drag it onto the AF Installer icon.
