Canadian Rockies LOD 8 Mesh

File Description:
As many of you know, NASA and the JPL have recently released 3 arc second (90 meter) elevation data for most of North America. The enclosed bgl file is intended to display the data more or less as it is, covering the Canadian Rocky Mountain National Parks. Many people are probably curious about the new data, and this project has been an attempt to satisfy that curiosity in a spectacular area so far unpublished on the internet. The data yields scenery in FS 2002 that far surpasses the default scenery. The area is also well visited by many people from around the world so I expect that this terrain will be recognizable to more than a few.

EC-121K 'Malfunction Junction' (VW-1)

File Description:
FS2002 Navy EC-121K "Willy Victor" VW-1 "Malfunction Junction" is a repaint of Mike Stone's fantastic Super Connie (textures only), and a memorial tribute to my dad - flight engineer ADRC (Ret) Dick Wooton (3/31 - 1/94), who flew this beautiful bird and many others for over 12,000 hours with AEWBARRONPAC at Barbers Point, Hawaii; VW-1 Agana, Guam;and again at NAS PMR Pt. Mugu, Ca., and as well to all the other "gooney birds" that listened to them drone from Midway to Danang. He would have loved this. Avro ARJ Panel Update 1

File Description:
FS2002 Avro ARJ Panel update 1 This update requires Mlarjpv3.zip. It corrects a lot of bugs of version 3 and adds a couple of new features like: new altimeter with a better readable barometric pressure, completely new PFD with now working speed limitation strips, completely new fuel unit, corrected aileron and elevator levers in the pedestal panel, corrected pitch in the standby attitude, corrected EGT and oil values (now it's possible to use the panel with every ARJ without modifying the airfile to prevent the red warning lights and red EGT readouts) and many other news. B777 wing views

File Description:
This set of bitmaps will allow you to use any of 3 different sets of wing views. If you are cruising you will want to see a clean wing configuration view. No problem. Select Ctrl+Shft+Numpad1 for left view (Numpad3 for right view) If you are on your final approach with flaps down you want to SEE full flaps down. No problem. Select Ctrl+Shft+Numpad7 for left view (Numpad9 for right view) And if you like to see your air brakes deploy you have a third bitmap that shows full flaps and air brake deployment. Works best with the Posky freeware 777 but should work fine with any 777 model.

RTW-K4-01

File Description:
An FS2K4 GPS flight and plan by the Ancient Brit and the RTW-K4 Team for the FS2K4 default aircraft (B737-400) and scenery. Depart Gatwick (EGKK) runway 08R, London, UK and arrive 1 hour 3 minutes later at Isle of Man (EGNS) runway 08, Isle of Man, UK. The flight is fully flight briefed with Word and text briefings and with kneeboard in-flight briefing. The Briefings contain climb, cruise, and top of descent and fuel loading details, waypoint timings and destination details. A start-up flight that loads the plan, weather and kneeboard flight briefing is included also a Finals practice flight. Low level views of London and a non-ILS finals are features of this flight.

Bush Flying Unlimited, Quebec

File Description:
This scenery is located about 55 Nautical miles WNW of Quebec City on a nice lake. It has two gravel runways, a dock for floats, a main lodge and several small cabins. Also there is a barn with an old tractor to keep the grass mowed and the old Dodge Pickup to run errands in. A fuel tank is provided for fuel. There are lots of Gerrish's trees around too. An NDB is provided to help find the place. there is also a water runway with start locations. Runway 15-33 is 2000 feet long and 9-27 is 1800 feet long. IMPORTANT NOTE!!! Real World Flight Plans for B767

File Description:
The two files contain real world B767- 200/300/400 flight plans taken over two 3 day periods, one in August 2003, and the other during March 2004, which originated in, terminated in or passed through UK Airspace. Duplicate routes have been removed from the list, though there may be duplicate city pairs where different routes were flown. The format of the file is suitable for use by FSBuild and may be included as a Category of flight plans. Alternatively, the route portion may be copied and pasted into the FSBuild route field. The flight plans from 2003 will need validation as there have been significant changes to airways since they were created. NOT FOR REAL WORLD NAVIGATION

FDE PSS A320 LIP (Lift Improved Performance)

File Description:
PSS A320 IAE V2500-A5@27000Lbs With LIP (Lift Improvement Package) By Alan Fernandes and Samir Arman. Application of LIP on A320-IAE has been developped with the main objective to improve landing performance at SDU (PR-MAG and PR-MAK / TAM Aircrafts). LIP allows to reduce the approach speed by 6-7 kt for operational landing weights. Note: Preliminary estimate of the speed benefit was around 4kt. Five structural modifications have been introduced to change the aerodynamic configuration of the aircraft: 3 modifications on the wing leading edge, 1 modification on the engine nacelle (not modeled) and 1 modification on the wing trailing edge. Active ILS - KATL v1.0 (Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport)

File Description:
As most know initiating the ILS at certain airports for AI Traffic is not a function at this time when using AFCAD2. If you add a new ILS runway to an airport such as KATL (10/28) only the user aircraft can use this runway when visibility falls below 3 miles. ATC will no longer use this runway for AI Traffic because FS9 sees it as a visual runway. This will cause ATC to vector your AI Traffic back to 9R/27L which is also a South Cargo/Ramp Departure Runway. There are many additional Scenery Buildings, 274 Jetways and new Terminals (as per current Contractor plans) added to version 1.0. See the readme.txt file for additional details.
