| Radio Range System - Version 3 Adaptation for MAAM-SIM R4D-6/DC-3A/C-47 |

File Description:
Complements the Radio Range System (rr_03.zip) developed by By Dave Bitzer, Alex Nicolson, Norman Hancock, Allan Greene and Charles Wood, which must be installed first. This simple gauge enables the Radio Range System to be used with the Mid Atlantic Air Museum Simulations' R4D-6/DC-3A/C-47 aircraft, by enabling the relevant switches on the Audio Panel. MAAM-SIM aircraft are available from www.maam.org/maam_sim.html.
This gauge supersedes the previous uploads RR_MAAM.zip and RR_MAAM2.zip, both of which included errors. If you have previously installed either or both of these, don't worry; just overwrite the previously supplied gauge file with the one included here and check that your gauge entries are correct as shown in the README included in this package.
Library managers: please discard my files RR_MAAM.zip and RR_MAAM2.zip from your archives, as both are flawed. Many users must have been flying in total confusion as a number of the signals were reversed. Perhaps, they thought it was their error not mine and were too embarrassed to highlight problems! Anyway, hopefully I have it right this time!

File Description: The PH-PBA, once USAAF '42-100971' as she looked during Operation Market Garden.
She was named 'The Squirrel'. This historical repaint is inspired by 75th commemoration
of the Allied drops into Holland, September 1944. The chalk number '24' depicts her
Waco-glider tow mission of Sept.18, 1944 into LZ 'O' at Overasselt.
The PH-PBA still flies today with the DDA Classic Airlines, 75 years onwards.

File Description:
With this Texture Folder (containing new texture and damage files) and The B24 Guy's A6M2 Overhaul Model, you will have an unmirrored aircraft. I have no history on this aircraft, it's squadron, or it's pilots. If you have any information on this aircraft, a heads-up would be appreciated. What I do have is a picture, in flight, from the Olympic Flight Museum. To apply to your Stock Model as a mirrored aircraft, see readme. Enjoy!

This is a commissioned livery from someone. I am planning on making and uploading other liveries that is also requested by the same person, such as the Indian Airlines A319, Indian Airlines A320 Old Livery (Fictional Livery as the original plane had double landing gear), Alliance Air 737-200, and Blue Darts 737-200 (Both in the Erick Cantu model).
I added a folder inside the textures titled "With Alpha". It is for FSX / P3D users that allows the antenna in the top of the aircraft to disappear.
The wheel rims are made by "dm6" from the X-Plane Forums!
Instructions and more information are included in the readme file.

SkyHigh Audio Simulations is proud to present our brand new radial engine Douglas DC-3 Pratt and Whitney R-1830 sound pack for FSX! This sound could also be used for other twin engine P&W R-1830 powered aircraft such as the PBY Catalina/Canso.
FSX's sound cone technology has been extensively used to provide as much of a realistic sound experience as possible in the exterior view. Features include propwash sound effects from immediately behind the propeller, realistic radial engine start-up sounds, and a very realistic sounding fly-by! SkyHigh Audio Simulations' usual touches have been added such as using audio recordings only from Dogulas DC-3 and other P&W R1830 radial engine powered aircraft as source files to provide a fully authentic sound experience for the simmer. This grouping of 3 gauges main focus is to provide rotary knobs and push buttons for the basic functions on the G1000 so as to remove some of the mouse/cursor work.
Gauge 1- rotary knobs for NAV1 and COM1 adjustment. Buttons for NAV1 & COM1 swap, FD, BARO-sea level and BARO up and down.
Gauge 2- rotary knobs for ALT and FLC speed adjustment. Buttons activate AP, ALT , VS, VS up/down and FLC.
Gauge 3- rotary knobs for HDG and CRS (LOC1) adjustment. Buttons activate AP, HDG, NAV, APR, BC and GPS/LOC1 swap.
These gauges are calibrated for the Baron G58 but will work for other aircraft fitted with the G1000 however the 'sliders' will need recalibrating. The rotaries and buttons will work ok.Unzip the attached file and follow instructions in 'READ THIS.txt'

It also adds new features: Heat Haze (shimmer) effects plus smoke effects by Martyn Becker, Reverser Spray Effects by Edward Cox and Takeoff Spray effects by Dennis Franke. Fly UK Virtual Airways liveries are also included for Fly UK members to use as well.
