| FSXRC Graphical Remote Control |
|
Images related to this file:
File Description:
This is a FSX (only) Remote Control program with a GUI. It is intended to help you fly your various
aircraft without making changes to the aircraft files. This is a beta version with support for fixed
wing, combustion engine aircraft with 1 to 4 engines. It requires Pete Dowson's FSUIPC v4 with or
without WideFS, but it works best on a separate computer with the registered version of FSUIPC and
WideFS. The program will work for 30 days without a registration key. If you want a key, email me (see readme.txt file) with the installation code and your feedback.
With this application you can have a flight engineer working with you or an instructor can monitor and
challenge a student. You can simply use the app to help you control aspects of the aircraft that you
may not have easy access to.

| ELVA / FlyUK Boeing 767 Package Update to v3 |
|
Images related to this file:
File Description:
This file will upgrade my ELVA Boeing 767 Pack to version 3. Version 3 includes some major and minor updates. It also adds new features: Heat Haze (shimmer) effects plus smoke effects by Martyn Becker, Reverser Spray Effects by Edward Cox and Takeoff Spray effects by Dennis Franke. Fly UK Virtual Airways liveries are also included for Fly UK members to use as well. I have also created a low spec system option so that low spec users can use my boeing packages but with less features. See the readme file for more details. Patch by Peter Slater, uploaded by Gareth Abbott. Big thanks to those named here. Credited as asked. Visit his web site for his other projects at http://fsprojects.webs.com or search 'peter slater' here on AVSIM. You can watch a promo video at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MCZR_oOy1lQ, requires psb767f.zip

| Athens - Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport, Greece (LGAV) ILS Update |
|
File Description:
This version replaces my all previously uploaded versions. It corrects the position of the ILS localizers and glideslopes to make hnds off approaches possible. It is mandatory that you replace the old version. This file makes FS2004 use the correct taxiways and gates at the airport of Athens Venizelos, Greece (will work with the scenery LGAV2002 by George Dorkofikis ONLY). It keeps the AI Aircraft from taxiing cross country. It was created with AFCAD 2.04. It contains enough parkings for many large, small and medium and prop airliners and some general aviation and cargo parkings. Every parking position should be included. Schengen (intra EU except UK) and non-Schengen traffic will be kept seperated. All parking radiuses set according to George Dorkofikis informations that come with the scenery. Had to make a few compromises, but nothing serious.

| Jet2 Updated Textures for FFX Boeing 737-300 |
|
File Description:
This is a new updated version of the Jet2 liveries for the 737-300 FFX model. For those of you who visit Leeds-Bradford airport or live around the Leeds area, you will have seen many of these aircraft as they are based there. This low cost airline which is part of Channel express, began operating from Leeds-Bradford in February 2003 and this particular aircraft is registered as G-CELV.
I have tried to make this updated version more accurate and added more details to match the real thing as there were a couple of mistakes in the last one which I uploaded. One of The main problems was the fuselage colour as in reality, it is silver. Various other parts have been adjusted too.
Please note that these are the textures only, you must have the 737-300 FFX model.

| Douglas XC-112A/YC-112A (DC-6 prototype) |
|
File Description:
In order to meet a USAAF requirement for an improved version of the C-54 Skymaster, Douglas proposed in July 1944 a simple development of the C-54E, combining its unpressurized fuselage with 2100 hp Pratt & Whitney R-2800 C series engines: the XC-112. Soon this idea was dropped in favour of the stretched and pressurized XC-112A. The XC-112A made its first flight on 15 February 1946 and was in fact the prototype of the civil DC-6. Following the first initial testing the aircraft was delivered on 22 June 1946 to the USAAF, designated YC-112A, where it flew 9 years before starting a 21 years spanning commercial career as a DC-6. These are textures only. You will require Jens B. Kristensen's Douglas DC-6 (early version with Curtiss propellers) (dc6_v10.zip).

| West Air Sweden texture pack **UPDATE** |
|
File Description:
After what i thought was extensive testing i realised i'd made a few errors on all of the textures. ATR planes have had the grey areas lightened plus the textures sorted beneath the engines. The BAe 146 planes have had numerous tweaks, the most important being the removal of the blue belly on the Swedpost version which is actually all white in real life. Just copy these textures to where you added the original ones and simply overwrite them. Older version of the plane pack not required. There are four planes included and a traffic flightplan, these are the BAe 146 - West Air Europe, BAe 146 - West Air Swedpost, ATR 42 - West Air Europe, ATR 72 - West Air Europe. All aircraft are for the Just Flight Traffic program and you will need this to get them to work. Full instructions supplied.

| DC3 Engine Panel for FIP v2 |
|
Images related to this file:
File Description:
For Saitek Pro Flight Instrument Panel. This folder contains a second version of the engine panel, digital type, for the DC3. After some comments I added a tail wheel warning light which light up in blue when the tail wheel is unlocked. If you already use the DC3 FIP, I recommend to overwrite the previous needles by those coming with this version and which are updated. The package includes a serie of coloured needles that can be changed easily, just replace the default needle by the one of your choice.
DC3_engine_v2.xml provides: Manifold pressure, Exhaust Gas Temperature, Fuel flow, Oil temperature, Oil pressure, Propeller RPM, Fuel quantity for the left, right and center tanks, Flaps position needle, trims for Pitch, Rudder and Aileron, Gears down green light and Gears in transit red light and tail wheel warning light.

| Qantas Empire Airways Douglas C-47 (VH-EAL) |
|
Images related to this file:
File Description:
This folder contains a repaint for version 3.14 of the Douglas C-47 by Manfred Jahn and colleagues in the colors of VH-EAL of Qantas Empire Airways. Originally C-47A-20-DK c/n 13084 42-93199, it flew with the RAAF as A65-49 VH-CIE before joining Qantas in 1946 as VH-EAL (this paint), and later VH-EBH and VH-EBW. It went to Brain & Brown as VH-BAA (an earlier paint) in 1960 and flew with them until 1979. It was then taken to the Warbirds Aviation Museum in Mildura, but was moved to Alice Springs in 1995 to join the Central Australian Aviation Museum, where it is now painted in the colors of VH-EWE of Connair. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom for Manfred Jahn's C-47 version 3, based on the paintkit by Gman5250.

| Kranich II Glider |
|
File Description:
This upload is one of the results of my efforts to get AI-glider traffic into FS2004. Included are an AI-version with three textures of the Kranich II for flights from airfield A to airfield B, and another AI-version of the Kranich II, tweaked in a way that it will take off from an airfield, climb while circling and then keeps endlessly circling to a max altitude of around 3000ft ASL in the surrounding of the airfield. Credits go to Wolfgang Piper for his excellent gliders which inspired me to start experimenting with AI-gliders and for giving me permission to rebuild his gliders to AI-versions. For other examples of his excellent gliders, visit his site http://www.fsglider.de
Also credits go to Alan Kaiser for the stemme.air, which I used to make the AI-versions for the Kranich II.
