Grumman G44A Widgeon ZK-AVM Sea Bee Air

File Description: This folder contains a repaint for the Grumman G44A Widgeon by Flysimware. It shows Grumman G-44A Widgeon #1466 ZK-AVM in the colors of Sea Bee Air it wore in 1978. It was built in 1946 as a G-44A, but later converted to Super Widgeon. It was imported into Australia in 1947, flying for the Australasian Petroleum/Vacuum Oil Co in New Guinea as VH-AZO. AVM was imported into New Zealand in 1950 , flying for Amphibian Airways of Invercargill. It 1962, the company was acquired by Tourist Air Travel, which in turn was bought by Mt Cook Airlines in 1967. When Mt Cook decided to stop with amphibian operations in 1975, and a group of staff created Sea Bee Air, which shut down operations in 1989. ZK-AVM had been sold to Australia in 1987, becoming VH-WET, but came back to New Zealand in 1994, now flying for Salt Air. It is currently no longer airworthy, but its owner, Owen Hamish is reported to plan bringing it back into the air. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom.

Grumman J4F-1 Widgeon USCG Update

File Description:
Textures only for Joe Binka's Grumman J4F-1 Widgeon in pre-WW2 U.S. Coast Guard livery. All markings redone in the correct style of letters and numbers. Removes the yellow from the bottom of the wings and tailplanes and adds the USCG lettering below the wings. Other minor tweaks. Textures modified from Joe Binka's originals.

PMDG SIDSTARS Update for KSMF Sacramento Intl, CA

File Description:
Cycle 0605 PMDG SIDSTAR file by Terry Yingling revised 5/16/2006 by Dan Downs for KSMF Sacramento Intl Aiport, California. Cycle 0605 update inludes: DUDES9 DP changed "until radial" command to "intercept radial" to improve fidelity. CCR1 FLUNK3& WRAPS5 STARs added alt constraint and heading to vectors. TUDOR1 STAR changed final segment such that connection to ILS16R via TUDOR works without discontinuity. IAPs missed approaches edited if required to fix discontinuity and transitions added as shown on charts. All procedures originally distributed in Cycle 0605, including those not modified, are included in this file.
