| S.O.S Belize Atolls |
|
File Description:
The " Nozyru San Maru" a Japanese Zoo Ship. Or rather a ship
which is carrying many animals to the Belize Zoo is in deep trouble. Not in deep
water but on the shallows of an Atoll off the coast of Belize. While everyone was
entertained last night feeding the animals a large wave hit the ship on its side
and crashed it into the atoll. Many animals jumped out into the atoll and are running
around howling their throats out. Some were placed in lifeboats and the current has
taken them away, really quite a mess!!!..besides Hurricane " Bubble" is on its way
to the Central American Coasts and wind is picking up fast!!!! a radioless fishing fleet
must also be warned of the coming danger.....will you join this
unusual (to say the least) SAR Mission????...or will you watch the news of it on CNM?

| KLBB - Preston Smith Intl. - Lubbock, Texas Version 2.0 |
|

File Description:
Thank you for downloading this scenery. Lubbock is another one of those little known, neglected airports that populate the
FS world. Avery simple airport, LBB somewhat feels like a little DFW. There is a very DFW-ish main terminal with fewer than
10 gates and plenty of space to grow. The only mainline service is courtesy Southwest, but several RJ's freqent Lubbock
several times per day along with the big freighters. This airport was built from the ground up with excellent detail,
and because of the sparse traffic, frame rates are excellent as well.
Update:
Recently, Lubbock has moved their east-west runway 8/26 roughly 1000 feet to the East so as to eliminate runway incursions
by separation from the north-south runway 17R-35L. Version 2.0 reflects this modificaton. Several taxiways have been removed
or modified, and airport fencing has been altered to reflect the change.

| British Farm Strips: Eastbach, Milson, & Nayland |
|
File Description:
Three interesting small English farm strips. Nayland is in Suffolk, near Colchester - the main 600m grass strip has a gradient of 8% in its first half:
probably the closest you'll get in Britain to one of the French alpine runways like Courchevel or Megève. Milson is in rural Shropshire on the side of a shallow valley; it has both a helipad & a 450m grass strip - most of which is on a fairly gentle 3.5% slope apart from the last 70 feet which rises up more steeply. The two runways at Gloucestershire's Eastbach Farm, on the edge of the Forest of Dean, are also on a slight slope but most of the excitement comes from their short length (250m & 350m respectively) - ideal for microlights and STOL planes. All three airfields are compatible ONLY with LAGO's TerraMesh Part 13 of England & Wales - no other mesh will work.

| German Airports Frankfurt (EDDF/FRA) |
|
File Description:
About the file:
I have used up to date tarmac maps in order to name all taxiways and gates according to the real
world airport. The gate numbers how ever do not reflect the gate numbers you can see in the actual
scenery, as they are outdated.
I also have used the new gate assignment feature of AFCAD2. I have assigned the gates according to
own observations at DUS and with the help of photographs from various sources. In order to see
planes actually following the gate assignments you need to add some extra information in the aircraft.cfg
of your ai planes. AFCAD2 comes with a little tool that will help you do that. I suggest you download
AFCAD2 and have a look at the readme file. If you do not intend to use gate/airline assignments you
will see better results if you remove the assignments with AFCAD2

| Micro Flight 3 |
|
File Description:
Micro Flight is a state of the art flight simulator specializing in simulating ultralight flying vehicles and micro meterological conditions.
Unlike other flight simulators, Micro Flight simulates the intricate flow of air over the ground and the effects of thermals created by the sun, making it ideal for simulating gliders of all types.
Micro Flight also simulates types of vehicles not simulated by other general aviation programs, such as: Hanggliders, Paragliders, Gyroplanes, Helicopters, Trikes, Balloons and more.
Flight instrumentation and navigational aids were made to resemble real ones, this includes the hand held GPS, standard flight instruments, head up display and more.
The whole enviroment which the user interacts with is three dimentional, even operating the instruments in the cockpit is made by manipulating them with the mouse and not just by pressing keys.
The program has netplay mode which enables users to fly and communicate with each other.

| Flight Assistant 2.0 |
|
File Description:
The Flight Assistant - the successor of FS 2002 FA - is a program that provides a virtual co-pilot for flight simulation enthusiasts. You can give commands using a microphone which the co-pilot executes then. For example, one could give the command "flaps up", and then the flaps will be raised automatically. Furthermore, the co-pilot responds to your commands, so that you receive a confirmation. The program is nearly fully configurable. You are able to create new commands and even to edit the existing ones. An optional "Speak" key lets the PC only recognize commands when you press and hold down a certain key.
Flight Assistant should work together with every(!) flight simulation without any problems.
New in version 2.0 is a completely re-designed user interface, FSUIPC support to read out data from MS Flight Simulator, an Italian translation, joystick support for the "Speak" key and much more.

|
File Description:
Passenger Manifest & Data System (freeware)
Westair Electro Data Systems
Westair Airlines Group
This software is stand alone software it is not an add-on or plug-in for Flight Simulator. This software will work with any flight simulator. It is designed to give the virtual pilot a flight manifest on the flight he/she is about to fly. It will give you cargo weight in pounds and inform you of your passenger loading for the flight. To help give a little reality to your flight.
To use it, you just park your plane at the gate ready for loading. Then fire up WMDS add the data it asks you for and connect to the virtual server of your airline and download your manifest. The data can be printed ready for your pirep at a later stage. A help file is in PDF format within the folder, please read it.

| Hurricane Mk.XII "Little Willie" |
|
File Description:
This is a repaint only for the payware SkyUnlimited Hawker Hurricane. This aircraft, RCAF 5491, was manufactured by Canadian Car & Foundry, Montreal, Quebec, Canada, as a Mk.IIb and converted to Mk.XII configuration early on during WWII. Being one of several Hurricanes recovered from a scrap heap in 1984, the aircraft eventually ended up in England where it was restored by Charles Church. Making its first post-restoration flight in 1991, the aircraft was finished in the markings of "Little Willie," the Mk.I flown by Pilot Officer Geoffrey Page of No.56 Squadron when he was shot down in August 1940. After spending just over a decade with the Santa Monica Museum of Flying in California, the aircraft was aquired by Ed Russell for his growing collection in South Niagra Ontario. The aircraft can be seen throughout the summer, regularly giving chase to the collection's BF-109.
