This is, what I hope to be, the final upgrade patch for the DDG Grumman J2F-6 Duck. Not only has the problem with the erratic behavior with FFB been corrected, but the flight dynamics have been improved as well, including a bit of easing up on those touchy brakes. There's new goodies in the form of NEW panels with NEW goodies by Bill Morad, my gauges guru; an entirely new texture dedicated to the late Mel Blanc, and even a new pin-up girl. So, even if you already have the Duck and no problems, there's many reasons why you should download this basket of patces and goodies. Better than going to grandma's house. Also included is the missing sound file that some of you have had problems with. THIS IS NOT A COMPLETE AIRCRAFT. You must have downloaded my earlier release of the Grumman J2F-6 Duck, filename ddg-j2f-6-v2.zip.zip to use this upgrade with. I think you'll like this encore to what has already proven to be a popular aircraft.

File Description:
A few weeks ago at an airshow, I had the opportunity to get up close up to the Spitfire and get some recordings of that beautiful Rolls Royce Merlin engine. I have used some of these sounds for this sound pack and the result is absolutely amazing. Now I've got a spitfire which truly sounds like it should. This is a small file but don't be fooled, you'll love it, guaranteed! Obviously I don't know how a Spitfire sounds on the inside, so I've tried using FS9 default sounds along with some sounds downloaded from the internet and from a sound effects disk and wow, what a result. This file was created using the Alpha Spitfire as a test bed, so I'm not sure what it will be like in any other model. If you want to know what it sounds like, try putting these sounds into the Cessna 182S model as they run perfectly in that plane except it doesn't have retractable landing gear! I promise, you won't be disappointed!!

File Description:
The airport was based on a Google Earth photo, and the buildings are not 100% accurate, but are reasonably accurately placed and should give a good feel for the airport.

Historically this his represents a period at the airport in its GA heyday before Heli One and the new terminal building went up cica 2007-2009, from when McLeod Aviation was still in the big hanger and there were plenty of small flying Schools about, to when the new Alpha Aviation building went up.
There is a fuel truck, a single small gate area for commercial flights (even though there is none in reality) and various static items around the field, including the old white dome hangars down the East end of the field (where I used to keep my plane. Watch out for a surprise if you are taxiing out to 25 or 30!

In V1 I added tower comms, taxiways/signs, and deleted start points for all those dirt & other closed runways and made the primary/secondary 14/32.
In V1.1 I have gone through the rest of the airport, aligning and cleaning up scattered oddly placed buildings and placed them in a logical manner - aligned with roads. with parking lots and/or pavement or concrete around their base. Gravel roads added thru the warehouses, sand maintenance roads to water tower and power station, Rec center pool and ballfield touched up. Fire station is in same place but turned towards flight line and added the trucks an ambulance. Fencing all around the flight line.
Also you get the F-117 and Janet 737 WITH traffic file. The Janet 737 is the shuttle aircraft for the Area 51 workers. Watch as the Janet flights arrive each morning from KLAS and depart each night Mon-Fri. KLAS (Las Vegas) Bgl also included with assigned parking at the Janet Terminal.

Leased to Royal Swazi Air and Air Lesotho between November 1981 and October 1985. Withdrawn from service on 30 June 1993 and broken up in 1998 after being used as a cabin crew trainer. c/n 10264. Ordered new by Ansett-ANA and delivered 9 December 1964. Sold to Comair 26 November 1980 and registered as ZS-KVJ. Withdrawn from service 30 October 1997 and used by Johannesburg Airport fire services. Broken up in December 2001. c/n 10227.Delivered new to All Nipon Airways on 31 May 1963. Also used by Air Polynesie, Touraine Air Transport and British Midland December 1983. Purchased by Comair and registered as ZS-LMZ. Sold to Amazone Linhas Aereas 21 May 1999. AITTP 2021 v5.1 AI Taxispeed and Timeout Patcher for P3D v5.1 (Latest version v5.1.12.26829 HF1) including backwards compatibility to all v4.x and all v3.x previous versions of P3D. This utility will allow you to select your AI aircraft taxispeed if you desire to increase or decrease this setting (range from 20 kts up to 40 kts in intervals). Also you can select your AI aircraft timeout settings (range 5:00 minutes up to 15:00 minutes in intervals). Check your current speed and time settings, create backup and/or restore functions. Just unzip in folder/drive location of your choice and start -exe to use. Included Readme.txt gives easy to follow steps. Easy to use program for P3D only, FSX support has been eliminated. Latest version v5.1 (5.1.0.0) adds support for P3D v5.1 (Latest version v5.1.12.26829 HF1) including all v4.x and all v3.x P3D versions. Gang Ranch is on the eastern side of the Coast Mountains of British Columbia, around 50 miles west of Green Lake and 5 miles west of the Fraser River that runs north-south at that latitude (51 degrees 30 minutes north, in round figures). The airfield is among some farm fields and difficult to spot (this will depend on your personal textures and settings) and the ranch buildings are scattered and a mile or two away, the nearest being the owner's house. The runway is gravel, only 1,800 feet long and aligned 08-26 at 2,150 feet above sea level. There is no lighting. I have posted it as Gang Ranch CAY2, but I suggest that you just add it to your previously created "BC airfields" (if you did that) and avoid the inevitable doubling up of common textures etc. Plus that way you will have just one FS9 library post to do and new airfields will not need yet another posting. Up to you. If you find a defect, email me.

Repaint of Air Sial A320-200. There are 2 separate texture for FSX and FS9. To be used with The FAIB_A320_IAE model available separately. This is an AI only aircraft.
Air Sial is a proposed start-up formed by the local business community in Sialkot, which seeks to boost air traffic to the Pakistani region. The airline is under the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which has a capital expenditure of PKR2 billion (USD20 million). According to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Air Sial secured an RPT license from the Civil Aviation Authority in Oct-2017. Air Sial initially planned to launch domestic services in Jun-2020, with international services launching in 2021. The start-up plans to operate services to key destinations in Pakistan and the Middle East using three A320 aircraft.
In Nov-2020, Air Sial took delivery of its first aircraft, an A320 (AP-BOA) on lease from AerCap. The carrier plans to commence domestic operations in Dec-2020, serving Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi and Sialkot. By Kamil Fryzol

Alaska Air Group owns a small fleet of CRJ-700 aircraft, which were formerly operated by Horizon Air but now have been leased out to to SkyWest and operated as part of a capacity purchase agreement. With Horizon switching to an all Q400 fleet, these CRJs are only used on longer thinner routes up where a turboprop would not be as fast or efficient, but a 737 provides too much capacity. Painted on the great Project Opensky model. Enjoy!

Prepar3D v3&4.
You can move FS windows, bring them to top
or release them from the FS parent window.
You can save the windows status for your
aircraft and reassign them manually or
automatically after the FS starts up.
These functions are commonly useful in
multi monitor mode for example within a
home cockpit configuration.
