FS2004 Curtiss C46 VC And Failure Model, v2. For the C46 Curtiss Commando aircraft by Libardo Guzman Garcia, Greg Pepper, and Tom Gibson (GAC46V2.ZIP). This is my Version 2 and it supersedes my previous uploads (c46bflvc.zip, c46bflfix.zip, c46bfl_up.zip). It adds a virtual cockpit similar to the Buffalo Airways C46 cockpit as well as pilot induced and random failures/damages through gauges originally developed by Charles Owens for the DC3C (most failures) and by Robert Graf (carburetor icing and oil consumption) for the DC-6. These gentlemen together with Gunter Tesons RealEngine_v14 have really made flying piston aircraft a lot more interesting. The frequency of random failures can be adjusted between "never" and "certain" but you always have to watch the engine limitations, carburetor icing, and oil consumption.
Further gauges by other authors are used or have been modified or have been developed by me. Version 2 increases the number of failures (engine, fire, leaks, systems, equipment, instruments), and introduces an improved upper overhead panel, an abbreviated interactive checklist on the panel, and reduced braking in rain, snow and freezing rain. Version 1 is not required for Version 2. See the C46BFL ReadMe V2.txt for further details and credits. The Sikorsky (military versions H-5, R-5F, HO3S-1) (civilian version S-51) was the first helicopter to be built in large numbers and represented Sikorsky's first major success as well as it's first commercial helicopter It first flew in 1946. The S-51 was used as inter city transport and commuter work. you need s51-2k2.zip for these files to work.

File Description:
These are textures ONLY and require either Roger Gaylor's, Hemisphere Dancer (filename: hemdancr.zip at www.flightsim.com) or Greg Pepper's Albatross, (filename: hu162k2.zip ) available here in the AVSIM library.
I recommend the former because of the additional mods, but either are a great aircraft. Both models are original Greg Pepper designs.
Her colorful motif will make her fit in with whatever tropical locale you choose.

This is a repaint of the FS2002 Dh89 Dragon Rapide by David Garwood.
This particular aircraft is not actually based at Liverpool John Lennon Airport (EGGP) but is a static exhibit parked in front of the Marriott Hotel on the old North Airfield.
To use these textures you will also need to download the full aircraft zip file "drgrpbea.zip" (a repaint of the original model by Manolito Gomez)
