Capitol Reef National Park/North - Hanksville (KHVE), Utah, Photo-Scenery (for FS9 & FSX)
This scenery covers the northern part of Capitol Reef National Park, Hanksville (KHVE), the Goblin Valley and extends north to I70 and the San Rafael Swell. It extends my Canyonlands sceneries to the west and brings you another 3.500 sq km in 4.7m/pix quality. To explore the scenery depart from Hanksville (KHVE) and head northwest. High resolution versions of this scenery for FS9 and FSX (much sharper, but larger and multiple downloads) are available at www.blueskyscenery.com/CNY_West2.html . The screenies are taken from the high-res versions, so expect this version to be slightly more blurry. YourDonation@Work: Dedicated to Andy and Robert.

| Point Ellis cannery V1, for Holger Sandmann's Tongass Fjord scenery |
|
Images related to this file:
File Description:
This is a revised version of Point Ellis cannery, originally posted in 2007. It is unsurprisingly just east of Point Ellis, on the east side of the southern end of Chatham Strait in southern Alaska. It is marked on the chart of the area, and if you are chartless then there is a piece of the chart here. This scenery is designed specifically for use in the Tongass Fjord scenery, and probably doesn't work with just Ultimate Terrain. The cannery has an identifying code so it will show up on a gps as "PECA". There is no interaction with atc as there are no designated water runways, so the "PECA" on the gps just acts as a waypoint. There will be further posts for use with Tongass Fjords, Misty Fjords, and Glacier Bay, and I still find these scenery areas by Holger and his crew the most satisfying in FS9.

| Locher/Sarentino Airfield scenery for MS FSX and LM Prepar3D |
|
Images related to this file:
File Description:
This scenery package is a representation of "Locher" airfield, a private grass field in the Trentino (or South Tyrol) area, close to the town of Sarentino (or Sarnthein, or Sarntal) in northern Italy. The town is very close to the border with Austria (hence the many versions of the town name). The field belongs to Locher Gebhard and shares the premises with Mr. Gebhard's factory, apparently producing metallic fire rated doors.
Features of the Locher airfield scenery include:
- Photoreal area with seasonal variations and watermask
- Custom mesh for a large area around the field
- Custom buildings and rock formations around the hangar, as well as sloped taxiway
- Custom landmarks on approach from the south, including power cables over the valley
