File Description:
Version 2 of our mesh scenery based on the free data made available by Jonathan de Ferranti on his site www.viewfinderpanoramas.org/dem3.html. The mesh is now compiled from new 1 arcsecond data to LOD 10 and several terrain features have been added as have many ports, towns and helipads (AFCAD-files included). The beautiful Faroese landscape with fjords and valleys looking dull in the FS default, is displayed in all its splendour. Please study the Read Me for correct installation.

Re-upload. FS2004 Scenery-The Des Moines International Airport (KDSM) is owned and operated by the City of Des Moines . The Airport (IATA: DSM, ICAO: KDSM) is a commercial airport located in the southern part of the city of Des Moines, Iowa USA. The airport serves residents of the Des Moines metropolitan area and is the closest airport with connections to major airline hubs for people who live throughout much of east-central, north-central, and southern Iowa. The 132d Fighter Wing of the Iowa Air National Guard is located at the Des Moines International Airport. This scenery was created solely with Rwy12 and Lago's FSE. This upgrade aligns the ILSs in FS2004 with CYUL2002 V1.0 runways, adds real life airline assignement to gates and the ILS/DME for runway 06R is now tuned to it's real life frequency of 110.50 MHz (instead of 110.60 MHz that we had to use for FS2002). Updated approach charts for runway 06R in JPEG format (.JPG) are included.

Version 1.1
This version contains the same 58 downtown buildings including the Calgary Tower and over 40 of the largest buildings, as of September, 2006. There are no new buildings in this version but several scenery (terrain) files have been added which replace Microsoft's default scenery for the Calgary area. This allows all the downtown buildings to be moved to their proper location rather than sitting in the default Bow River which looked more like a long lake. This version should work with Ultimate Terrain and other add on scenery files such as Holger Sandmann's bcmesh9e. Other enhancements include some VFR scenery based on the VFR Terminal Area Chart for Calgary, a more realistic Bow River, Elbow River, Glenmore Reservoir, Chestermere Lake and Ghost Lake.
