Hiller YH-32 Hornet

File Description:
The Hiller YH-32 Hornet (company designation HJ-1) was an American ultralight helicopter built by Hiller Aircraft in the early 1950s. It was a small and unique design because it was powered by two Hiller 8RJ2B ramjet engines mounted on the rotor blade tips. Versions of the HJ-1 Hornet were built for the United States Army and the United States Navy in the early 1950s. 1963 La Paz Bolivia El Alto Airport Scenery

File Description:
El Alto International Airport (IATA: LPB, ICAO: SLLP) is an international airport located in El Alto, near the city of La Paz, Bolivia; it serves national and international air traffic. At an altitude of 13,325 ft (4,061 m), it is one of the highest international airports in the world. The facility served as a focus city for the former Lloyd Aereo Boliviano, Bolivia's national air carrier, and is a hub for Aerosur, the country's only significant private airline. This scenery takes El Alto back to circa 1963, and with AI traffic from www.calclassic.com will be populated with everything from C-46 meat haulers to C-124 Globemasters. GMAX terminal by Jaap de Baare, local landclass by Tom Gibson, and almost everything else by Harry Biard.

VTBD 1961 Bangkok Intl. Don Muang

File Description:
The airport was officially opened as a Royal Thai Air Force base on March 27, 1914, although it had been in use earlier. Commercial service to Don Mueang began in 1924. The first commercial flight was an arrival by KLM. The airfield was used by the Japanese during World War II, and was bombed and strafed by Allied aircraft on several occasions. During the Vietnam War, Don Muang Royal Thai Air Force Base was a major command and logistics hub of the United States Air Force.
