Flatten Banff Airport

File Description:
As you may know, the FS2002 terrain engine generates canyons around the Banff Airport. The enclosed (small) bgl file is a simple way to flatten the area immediately surrounding this airstrip. Will work with default terrain, or with add on meshes such as my CdnRockies.bgl mesh.

Balair DC-6B Super Cloudmaster

File Description:
These are reflective textures for Greg Pepper and Tom Gibson's great GMAX DC-6B Super Cloudmaster. They represent a Balair DC-6B, Swiss registration HB-IBS / cn 45531, one of the last DC-6s to fly regularly in Europe. This ship flew numerous European routes for Balair, the charter arm of Swiss Air out of Basle-Mulhouse, France and Zurich, Switzerland during the 1970s and early 1980s. It was eventually sold to a Canadian operator in Sept 1982.

SAS DC-6B Textures

File Description:
These are reflective textures for Greg Pepper and Tom Gibson's great GMAX DC-6B Super Cloudmaster. They represent a Scandinavian Airlines DC-6B, registration SE-BDU / "Erik Viking" / cn 44168. SAS took delivery of this ship on Dec 16, 1953 and it flew in their system until Feb 1, 1961. It was one of 14 DC-6Bs in their fleet. "Erik Viking" flew SAS' famous "Over the Pole Route" from Copenhagen to Tokyo in the late 1950s through 1960. Requires Calclassic DC-6 file dc6baal2.zip

Braniff DC-6A Freighter 1962

File Description:
These are reflective textures for Greg Pepper and Tom Gibson's great GMAX United DC-6B [dc6bual.zip]. They represent the only DC-6A Freighter in Braniff's fleet, US Registration N90776 / cn 43839. The company acquired the ship from American Airlines in Sept 1960 and used it throughout their cargo routes until being struck from its records in July 1967.

Denver International Airport

File Description:
This file includes the newly opened runway 16R/34L, several redesigned textures, accurately numbered gates, maintenance hangars for United, Mountain Air and Frontier, and hold short lights at night. The scenery has 122 gates, 71 main gates with jetways and 51 commuter and cargo gates. AFCAD file is included with download and integral to the scenery. For FS2004 only, will not work with earlier versions.

David Wayne Hooks Memorial Airport, Houston, Texas (KDWH)

File Description:
This file fixes the seaplane landing lane in the defauld Hooks Memorial airport in Houston TX (KDWH). The default scenery makes the lane unusable because you keep hitting land as you float down the lane. The lane is challenging to land on because it is only 100' wide, if you're not aligned properly or land too soon you will hit land. Other improvements in this file include: *You can now request taxi to the seaplane lane. *Minor fixes to the taxiways to move them further away from buildings.
