High-resolution 76-m (LOD9) Terrain Mesh and Scenery Enhancements for the Southern Canadian Rockies

File Description:
Not simply an add-on mesh, these files include many scenery enhancements for the southern Rockies of British Columbia and Alberta. Coverage extends from Cranbrook to Calgary, and Hinton to Edmonton (N48.9-53.4 W112.3-116.3). The mesh source data are 3-arcsec (~90-m) Shuttle Radar (SRTM) files, compiled at LOD9 (76-m) resolution. All lake elevations (!) have been adjusted to eliminate the problems with the default lake data and to better fit the new terrain mesh. In addition, the Transcanada Highway/Icefields Parkway corridor in Banff National Park, from Canmore to the Hwy 11 junction, has been completely re-made, with dozens of alpine lakes (including Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, and Lake O'Hara), accurate transportation network, and landclass/waterclass updates based on satellite imagery. Due to significant changes in FS2004 to vector layering and autogen features, the special scenery enhancements cannot be used with FS2002. However, terrain mesh, lake corrections and landclass replacements will work well in FS2002.

Russian Air Force Yak-52 (with large nose cone)

File Description:
This aircraft has been made primarily for AI purposes but actually also flies well as an ordinary aircraft. Ray Blake persuaded me to create two additional models for the Yak52 (4_GA_Yak52.zip uploaded in March 2008) which display a large nose cone with the existing two-blade prop, or the large nose cone and a three-blade prop. He kindly provided four new textures to accompany these two new models. You can either just load the whole new set into your existing FS9 aircraft folders and it will display as a single incorporated set of Yak52 aircraft, or if you want to merge the new models and textures into the Yak52 folder, an illustration of the folder arrangement is included for your guidance. The same paintkit (paintkit_4_ga_yak52.zip) is used for any of these models.

File Description: KELPv0412 zip contains 2 bgl's (1 afcad and 1 for building placement). This is a complete redo of the AP and update to my previous version to reflect the shifting of Runway 8R/26L and associated taxiways 1100 feet to the East. NOTE - If you have installed my KELPv0810 and saved your start positions, then this update will not change your start locations. I used Google Earth for measurements, the current airport diagram, and info from the KELP website for current gate assignments. Created with AFX and IS for FS9 ONLY to replace the default AP. Southern Air AI Complete Package

File Description:
Repaints of the AIAardvark B747-200/200F fleet in SOuthern Air color. Southern Air uses different planes. This package includes B747-200. B747-200F and B747-200SUD (Stretched Upper Deck). Because of lack of B747-200SUD Model, I use the 747-300-Model for paint this. There are only slightly difference between the Engines.
