Type 23 Duke Class Frigate

File Description:
This package contains 3 variations of the UK Royal Navy Type 23 Duke Class Frigate, HMS Iron Duke F234, HMS Monmouth F235, and HMS Montrose F236. The models were designed for use in FS2004. The Type 23 Frigate is the mainstay of the modern Royal Navy fleet. A total of 13 Type 23 Frigates were built. All Type 23's were named after famous English Duke's. Of particular note is the "black" flag which flys from the aft mast aboard HMS Monmouth. Long ago, the Duke of Monmouth fell out of favor with the Crown. As a result, he was considered persona non grata. And his Crest was blackened out.

World Challenge Paraguay

File Description:
The Western part of the challenge keeps going this time its the country of Paraguay. A beautiful country at heart. Here in this challenge where taking a tour of this country counts. Keep low flight level below 10,000 feet to see the wonders of this country. The challenge starts in the early morning hours to beat traffic out the gates. I have loaded up a lot of information about the country as well as the airports. There is also information that I have added for converting Nautical miles to miles and a convertion calculator program to help you add it all up. Have a great flight.

Piper PA-31 Chieftain v2

File Description:
FS2004 Aircraft - The PA-31 Navajo is a family of cabin-class, twin-engine aircraft designed and built by Piper Aircraft using Lycoming engines for the general aviation market. In the mid-1960s, an aircraft of this size was sorely needed and founder William T. Piper requested the type be developed. Targeted at small-scale cargo and feeder liner operations and the corporate market, the aircraft was a success. It continues to prove a popular choice, but due to greatly decreased demand across the general aviation sector in the 1980s, production of the PA-31 ceased. Created with FSDSv2.10 by John B. Garmin G1000 and CRJ-700 FSX SP-1 Gauge Fix

File Description:
FSX SP-1 fixed some of the Instrument Panel issues in the original release, but they missed a couple of items that should have been picked up. After a full reinstall of FSX and the SP-1 Patch, you can use these files to correct the gauge errors. As a pilot and former navigator, I couldn't let these go. The TAS display on all installed G1000 MFDs is displayed as CS, and the TAS in the CRJ-700 is shown as IAS. The two enclosed zip files will correct both issues. The specific and simple instructions are included in each file in Readme.txt files. Happy Flying - Per Ardua Ad Astra!

PHKO- Kona International Airport at Keahole

File Description:
I recently flew to PHKO on United 3 which is the only Boeing 777 that visits PHKO. United does a a daily service to PHOG from Chicago but a fully loaded 777 is not able to takeoff from PHOG's short runways to make the return trip, and so to make the service profitable it must fly a 15 min flight to PHKO where the runway is substantially long enough for the 777 and it can be fully loaded. I used Google maps to map out the parking, and kept the mainland carriers to one terminal, and the inter-island carriers to the other just like in reality.- axiom

UK Air Navigation Obstacles

File Description:
The objects covered in the FS9 scenery addons UK ANO and UK ANO Volume 2 have been re written, as a single volume, specifically for FSX. The scenery is intended to cover all masts, cooling towers, flares and chimneys, with heights in excess of 300'. The objects are those that were listed by the CAA, at the time the original photo scenery of England and Wales was published. Similar objects in Scotland and Northern Ireland have been included, although those areas are covered only by FSX Default land scenery. The scenery, not compatible with FS9, is intended for use with the Horizon VFR Photoscenery, Volumes 1, 2 and 3.

Old Ephrom has payed you to deliver these subjects to their destinations..The flight is no "Dilly" but these guys are "Dillydangerous"...Beware!!!At the end you are asked to check on a crashed Antonov-22 Freighter full of " Blue Vodka".....

Purdown BT Tower was built in 1970 and is located on a hill (Purdown) just north of the city centre of Bristol, in the Lockleaze suburb, UK (National Grid Reference: ST610764) Lat N51 29.05 Lon W2 33.88. It is one of twelve reinforced concrete towers owned by BT in the UK. It is used mainly for point-to-point microwave links and forms part of the British Telecom microwave network. It is one of the few telecommunication towers in the UK built of reinforced concrete.The tower is 58M tall to the top gallery with the lattice structure on the gallery adding an additional 8M

P-51D 31st FG/307th FS MX-I "February"

File Description:
P-51D 44-13382 MX-I was the assigned aircraft of Lt. Jim Brooks, who flew "February" in the MTO during WWII. Brooks tallied 13.5 air victories with 2 more probables. He was assigned to the 307th FS in the 31st FG of the 15th AF on 30th March 1944. His first kill was 18th May 1944, a Romanian IAR 80 (FW 190 replica), and his last kill was on 29th August 1944, 2 Me109's. He was awarded the Silver Star, the Distinguished Flying Cross and the Air Medal. Repaint for the Shockwave WWII Mustang by Jan Kees Blom, based on paintkit by John Terrell.

Varig (2008 livery) Boeing 767-200 / PR-VAC

File Description:
The reestructuration of Varig (bought by GOL Linhas Aéreas) is on course and the carrier just received a Boeing 767-200, currently the only one in this short 767 series and registered as PR-VAC. This repaint features hand painted logos, names and lines carefully compared to photographic sources, engine cone with straight stripe like the real one, tail number from the real aircraft along the fuselage and over/under the wings and in DXT3 quality, with alpha channel on the light map for correct illumination at night. Textures only for the AI Malcontent Boeing 767-200 with GE engines and "F" antenna variation (ai_malcontent_boeing_767-200.zip).
