File Description:
This is a Sound System that aims to represent the real DC-6 Sound. Many of the Sound Files came from the default "Lockheed Vega", but they've been edited with many Programs so as to represent accurately the DC-6. Some of the Sound Files were transposed, others
have been added "echo", others have been edited with equalizers and I think that the result is really what it was expected to be. The DC-6 flies on Four 1340kW (1800hp) Pratt & Whitney Double Wasp R2800CA15 18 cylinder twin row radial piston engines (with a maximum output rating of 1790kW (2400hp) with water injection) driving three blade constant speed Hamilton Standard propellers. I've tried to emphasize that "Old Propeller Sound" feeling as much as Possible, and I'm certain that this Sound will make your Flights with the DC-6 enjoyable and realistic.

File Description:
EVA was growing quickly in 1998, focusing on international routes and leaving most of the domestic flying to its subsidiary, Uni Air. The MD-90s were very quickly transferred to Uni Air by late 1998, so these plans represent a rare time with a pair of MD-90s in the old EVA Air colors. EVA had amassed a decent fleet of 747s by 1998 and was even flying a KHH-LAX route several times weekly. Most MD-11s were already flying for EVA Cargo, and the 3 pax MD-11s remaining had the "ANK EVA" partnership logo. Textures by Ranmori Scythe for the FAIB 767-200, 767-300, 747-400, FSPX MD-11, and AIA MD-90 included. Flightplans by Chasen Richardson. Part of the 1998 Flight Simulator Project. This is a fix for my PMDG MD-11 SWISS Repaint - it deletes the dot on the "i" ;) Just copy the two *.dds files to the "texture.SWISS_Promise" directory and overwrite the existing files. Note: this is only a fix - requires the archive pmdg_md11_swiss_promise.zip, which can also be found here on AVSIM.

This is a repaint of Erick Cantu's McDonnell Douglas DC-9-30 in Aserca Airlines livery wearing new liverie and new Venezuelan registration. These are textures only. Thanks to Juan Ernesto Oropeza, Julio García and Guillermo Mendoza for their kind help in this repaint.
