"Swiss hangar collection" open its doors to Europe adding repaints of aircraft from EU. Every aircraft is perfectly reproduced like the original one. Drawing are based on the author photo documentation or from photos available on internet Airliners.net, MyAviation.net etc.). This aircraft, Piper Archer III I-LIVO belongs to Aeroclub "Carlo Del Prete", Lucca-Tassignano airport (LIQL), Tuscany,Italy. A template for this aircraft is also avalaible on the DreamFleet main page, but unfortunatly show several errors (Fiat badge also on the right upper right wing, wings blue band too big - blue on the nose must end under the two air intake ... see the included photo to compare the two versions....). This template is really like the real aircraft! There is also advertising on the fuselage, above the cabin door, but at presents I have no clear photo of the writing..... as soon as it will be available I will correct this template and upload it again!

Italian scenery with water runway and some existing objects and other buildings sintax generated; Information: Como is a beautiful town on the Como lake, north Italy, closed to the Swiss border. In the hills outside the town you can find Baradello old fortification (S) and Brunate small village (E). The lake, also called Lario, has a wonderful landscapes, reachable with battles of Navigazione Lago di Como. Description and content: Water runway placed approx on the real coordinates. Custom made visual approach chart and pilot's briefing for Engadin (St. Moritz) Samedan LSZS airport in Switzerland, Europe's highest elevation airport (5,600 ft.) situated in the Swiss Alps. This airport is a day VFR operations only and has no instrument approach due to extreme terrain around it. A demanding visual descent into a canyon, in between steep rising terrain, is required to make the visual approaches for both runways with a steep 4.4* degrees final approach portion guided by the PAPI's. Still, executive jets up to Boeing 737(BBJ) size approach the airport often in the winter peak season VFR with these procedures. It is designed as per real operators' pilot briefing for Samedan. Real airport's full pilot briefing document also included. The real airport's excellent briefing (included) intentionally does not contain the maneuvers needed for the approach of jets through the mountains but only reporting points for all and maneuvers for light aircraft only. This gap is what this chart covers. Version 2 chart included better graphics and refined visual procedure for jets and version 3 now includes real pilot's briefing guide.

This is a repaint of the DC-9-32 in Alisarda colors. The freeware Eagle Rotorcraft Simulations' (George Arana) DC-9-30 native FSX conversion with VC, of Erick Cantu's DC-9-30, is needed for this repaint (Link provided). The textures are 32bit DDS. It was tested on FSX-SE, but should work on FSX & P3Dv3.
In 1977 Alisarda leased two DC-9 series 32s with 105 seats from Airfinco SA in Switzerland, which maintained their Swiss registration. The first aircraft delivered was HB-IKB on 13/4/1977, followed by HB-IKC on 13/10/1977. With the extra aircraft at their disposal, Alisarda started a scheduled service between Cagliari (in Sardinia) and Milan in 1978, and flights were operated from these two airports to Geneva, Zurich, Paris, and Düsseldorf. The two DC-9s, HB-IKB and HB-IKC, were eventually bought from Airfinco SA and re-registered as I-SARW and I-SARZ respectively. In turn, they were eventually replaced by two newly delivered MD-82s with 172 seats, in 1984.

"Spirit of Panalpina" B744-8F Operated by Atlas Air.
Panalpina is a Swiss company, provider of forwarding and logistics services, specializing in intercontinental air and ocean freight and associated supply chain management solutions. In addition, Panalpina has a cooperating agreement with cargo airline Atlas Air Cargo, which in turn has one Boeing 747 named "Spirit of Panalpina".
Flightplans may be available on AVSIM or FlightSim.com.
This works for both FS9 and FSX. Tested in FSX.
Texture quality; FSX Native: DDS DXT5 with alpha. FS9 Native: BMP DXT3 with alpha.
FSX Light Fix included in the DDS night texture.
Included repaint is for the following model:
AIA_747_400F :: model.fge_no_refl
Model is available on AVSIM and FlightSim.com or on the author/developers site. (aia747fb.zip)
You need the basekit for this to work!!
Do make sure you copy the texture folder(s) in the respective folder.
Note: This is a AIA 742F GE / AIA 747-400F conversion for the 744F GE model, though the new Panalpina is actually a 744-8F heavy bird unfortunately there is no such model available thus the conversion.

File Description:
I decided to expand this airport and make several changes to it, as I was sick of being held in long take off queues and being told to go around all the time with Runway 16/34 being used for take offs and landings all the time (even though 14/32 and 10/32 were open). The changes made are as follows: Runway 14/32 completely withdrawn. Runway 16/34 renamed 16R/34L and now used for departures only. New Runway 16L/34R (8,000 feet) for arrivals only (Equipped with ILS frequencies).
Runway surfaces are now Asphalt. All taxiways are concrete, and comprise of just a centre line (My own personal preference).
148 parking spaces in total. (77 small, 34 medium, 14 large, 5 Cargo, 18 General Aviation). I have decided to assign only Swiss aircraft to gates, as this is obviously the main airline serving this airport. All taxiways have lighting to make it easier to find your way around at night. For FS2004 use only. This AFCAD works best with the 'Airport Environment Upgrade v7' scenery which is available here at AVSIM (aeu7.zip).

This is a re-upload. Due to the recent library "switch", my original posting was lost and I was asked to re-upload it. Anyway, I am proud to present this repaint of the Project Opensky A330-343X, registration HB-JHQ, of Edelweiss Air. This is Edelweiss Air's first A330-300. From its humble beginnings in 1995 with a single MD-83, Edelweiss Air has garnered accolades for its performance and customer service and is now a subsidiary of Lufthansa through its earlier acquisition by Swiss International Air Lines.
This repaint has many custom textures. All windows are hand-painted, 3D with window shades. The night windows textures and other night textures are custom as well. Engine textures, turbofans, fuselage shading and tail textures are all custom. Also, the wheels and tires are custom and hand drawn. The main gear wheels are as real as I could get them. All repainted textures in this package are 32-bit with no mipmaps for best clarity and quality. This is a complete installation package; version 2004.8.3 of the Project Opensky A330-300 V2 model and air files included. Uses default 737-400 panel and sounds.

A working installation of the G and H Super Constellation packs (L1049H.ZIP, L1049GZIP and r7v-1.ZIP)is required, use the 1049vc_rf model for this textures!
This aircraft (c/n 4202) was built 1956 as 54-0183 for the USAF and served with the MATS Atlantic Div. as "City of Manchester". After retire in 1977 it eas stored at Davis Monthan until 1983 were the Connie was bought by Hangar 10 Inc. and reg. as N515AC. In 1984 she was leased to Air Cargo Intl. Aerochago S.A., Dominican Republic bought the aircraft in September 1988 and used it mainly on freight flights from Santo Domingo or Santiago in Dom. Rep. to Borinqen or San Juan in Puerto Rico and Miami FL. 1992 after the FAA banned Dominican propliners to fly into US airspace, the Connie was stored at Santo Domingo. Hurrican "George" 1988 blew a C-46 (HI-503CT) into it and caused severly damage. After scrapping in 1999 the bow section was shipped to Switzerland and used to built a simulator for Swiss Constellation Flyer Association, SCFA.
