It's been a while since I sent anything for the DA Piper Cheyenne, so here's a skin for the new German VA "Simline". This variant shows the Aircrew Training paint for the PA31 T II variant. This is my rendition of ZD668 with tailcode "3E" flown by 233 OCU / 20 ( Reserve ) Squadron , RAF Laarbruch circa 1993.Modifications include panellines , rivets , squadron badge on flying suit , changed colour of helmet , changed number on GPU and added new bump & spec maps ( where needed ) .
There are however certain limitations with the texture mapping , for example the rear section of the main fuselage is only shown once in the paintkit,so the camouflage pattern is mirrored .One of the flaps is also mirrored above and below the wing,so all camouflage using Light Aircraft Grey undersides aren't shown correctly..The fuel tank has the same problem as certain sections are also mirrored.The camera was only mounted on the port side of the nose,not port and starboard.
