File Description:
This is a collection of 59 sound clips of CAPCOM Canadian Astronaut Julie Payette and the STS-121 crew during their twelve-day mission. These files were extracted from raw MPEG-2 video files downloaded directly from my TIVO and then downmixed to 48KHz, 16-bit mono. Clip length varies from two seconds to eighteen seconds, although the majority are <= 10 seconds in length.
I also released a second sound pack (pack #1) for STS-121 that includes 60 additional clips.

File Description:
Repaint for the Premaircraft DHC-6 Short Nose Twin Otter, depicting the Canadian Armed Forces CC-138 07 in the early white rescue scheme. These are texture files only! Prior installation of the base pack CC-138 UN version "dh6_un.zip" available at http://www.premaircraft.com/dhc6_new2/index.html is required. This repaint was made using the paint kit by Premaircraft, adding some panel lining and a subtle weathering and shadowing. The real 13807 crashed in 1986 on a rescue mission, killing its crew.

File Description:
"Black 35" was assigned to the 263rd Detached Reconnaissance Aviation Squadron at Bagram Air Base (North of Kabul, Afghanistan) in 1983. Fitted at this time with a D-99 daylight reconnaissance pod to the centerline pylon, this aircraft is however a MiG-21MF. Three "Hero of the Soviet Union" medals are painted as mission tallies. This texture is carried out on a 2048 px paintkit redrawn by "Dag" from Norway. Thanks to him. For use with MiG-21MF by Ivan Jurcaga.

File Description:
F4U-4N Bu 97231 K203 VF-32 USS Leyte (CVS-32) Ens. Jesse L. Brown, Korea. Brown was the first African Americal Naval Aviator. Brown was shot down near the Chosin Reservoir in North Korea on December 4, 1950. After an heroric rescue attempt, which failed, by LTjg Thomas J Hudner, Brown died in the cockpit of his Corsair. He was awarded (posthumously) the Distinguished Flying Cross for the mission he flew on December 4, 1950. All new texture and damage files. Enjoy!

This is a repaint of Alphasim's excellent T-34C. These textures represent a T-34C of VFA-125, "Rough Raiders"at NAS Lemoore, CA. The VFA-125 mission is the indoctrination and training of Navy and Marine Corps personnel for carrier-borne strike fighter squadrons in all phases of F/A-18 employment and, on order, to be prepared to supply replacement aircraft and pilots to the fleet. THESE ARE TEXTURES ONLY! You need the ALPHASIM "T-34C Turbo Mentor" FSX payware package.

Take off in a F/A-18 Hornet from an aircraft carrier, intercept an unresponsive intruder aircraft, escort it to a nearby AFB, meet with a KC-135 tanker plane, refuel in flight, return to the carrier and land safely. - This mission requires the Acceleration expansion pack. The Grumman G-44 (J4F) Widgeon, was the "little sister" of the Grumman Goose, built in 1940.
It was used as a small patrol and utility aircraft by the US Navy and the Royal Navy.
Military Operators of this little amphibian were Brazil, Portugal, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States and Uruguay.
This repaint represents Portuguese Navy Widgeon 129.
Between 1947 and 1952 it was used in Mozambique by the Hidrographic mission.

This folder contains a repaint for the A2A WoP3 P-51D Mustang (with AccuSim), in the colors of P-51D-5-NA 44-13287 WD-M, which was the aircraft assigned to Lt William Parent of the 4th FS/ 52nd FG, based in Italy. On the 1st of September 1944 however, it was being flown by Major Wyatt P. Exum during an escort mission to Hungary. It was Maj. Exum's first operational mission nin the ETO. On the way back from the mission, the squadron strafed an airfield, before spotting a moving train. Lts Strout and Wilson attacked the train, and as a result of Lt Wilson's attack, the engine blew up while he was overflying it, damaging his cooling system and setting the engine on fire. The fire quickly blew out, and Lt Wilson decided to make an belly landing in a recently plowed field. Over the radio, he heard Maj Wyatt Exum transmit "I'll be down to get you, Charlie!" and indeed he landed close to Lt Wilson's aircraft. Lt Wilson managed to turn Maj Exum's aircraft, as his tail wheel had become stuck in a rut in the field, and both men tried to squeeze into the cockpit. Meanwhile, men on horseback were approaching, shooting several holes in the aircraft. While Lt Wilson shot back with his .45, Major Exum gunned the engine, and they managed to take off with Lt Wilson half outside the cockpit with his .45. They flew the 400 miles back to Madna in Italy on their last fuel, and landed with other Mustangs landing from the other side. Major Exum received the Silver Star for this action, as well as from the undying gratitude and admiration from Lt Wilson Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the A2A paintkit.

File Description:
This folder contains a repaint for the Consolidated B-24J by Flight Replicas, adapted for use in P3Dv5. It shows B-24H-10-DT 41-28726 #6 "Mister Period" of the 764thBS, 461st BG. The aircraft was given her name when the pilot was told he was going to be a father just before leaving for Italy. It crash landed and was written of after a mission to Porto Marghera on June 10, 1944. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by Flight Replicas.
