| Amelia Earhart's L10E Electra |

File Description:
This aircraft is a customization, upgrade and optimization of Arik Hohmeyer's fine L10E from FS-Design Berlin. The intent was to match it as closely as possible to Earhart's L10E Lockheed Electra. Dave Bitzer's research at the Smithsonian Institute in Washington, D.C. and independent work by Alex Nicolson resulted in over two-dozen flight-dynamics changes, including proper-capacity long range tanks. Norman Hancock designed two custom panels for this historic aircraft; a classic version with a Sperry AP and a modern one with a digital AP and more navigation equipment. The Cambridge Engine Analyzer, Sextant, Drift Meter, and pop-up E6-B computer are standard on both panels. Easy one-step install.

FS2002 Grumman American AA-1 Yankee. A 2-seat single-engine 108hp bubble-top aircraft, modeled after Hawg One's real airplane. The AA-1 is actually Jim Bede's first design (aka the BD-1), which was purchased, built and sold by American Aviation. Three versions included: N188FW (Hawg's plane), N5724L (as purchased), and N14RS (fictional). Visuals by Rans14. Panel and flight dynamics by Hawg One. Kenmore Air Harbor, "Rocky's Flying Beaver" for the FS2004 Aerosoft DHC-2 Beaver package... Kenmore Air's N57576 Beaver was repainted in 2010 in this Rocky and Bullwinkle paint scheme... although the real aircraft depicts the DHC-2 Beaver Mk1 8 seat model with the bubble side windows... Aerosoft's 8 seat float model has vary apparent texture mapping issues... so I choose to use the 5 seat float model instead... it's not true to the real aircraft, but the 5 seat model has fewer errors.
