| Little Port Walter for Holger Sandmann's Tongass Fjords scenery |

File Description:
This is a second fish farm at the southern end of Baranof Island and Chatham Strait in southern Alaska. Big Port Walter is named on the chart of the area, and there is a section of the chart included here. Little Port Walter is a much smaller offshoot bay, sheltered from the weather and ideal for a fish farm. This scenery is designed specifically for use in the Tongass Fjord scenery. I may have incorrectly identified Tongass Fjords as being required for Hawk Logging when Glacier Bay is needed. Ah well, it is one or the other of them. The fish farm (or hatchery, the description varies) has an identifying code so it will show up on a gps as PWL. There is no interaction with atc as there are no designated water runways, so PWL on the gps just acts as a waypoint. There will be further posts for use with Tongass Fjords, Misty Fjords, and Glacier Bay, and I still find these scenery areas by Holger and his crew the most satisfying in FS9.

File Description:
Cycle 0609 (31Aug-28Sep 06) procedures file based on FAA NACO Digital Aeronautical Chart Supplement and published charts. The procedures include all SIDs STARs and IAPs. STAR HUBRD1 is enumerated for landing direction with a route provided to the approach FAF for use when ATC services are not used (Use HUBRD1.09 landing ILS9 or HUBRD1.27 landing LOC27 or HUBRD1 if using ATC vectors). The text file header includes SID and STAR Charts to assist in selection of procedures.

7 years ago, I created that time was no detailed enough. I have a Navigraph chart and saw Google Images updated. I found out the VOR location wasn't correct. I fixed and moved the correct location. Sorry, some pilot simmers get confused about location offset too short to the runway. My bad. LOL Now, it's corrected. I removed the grass poly the airport doesn't have grass surrounding it. I put VTPP ply. It looks good for now.

A repaint of Aardvark's marvellous 747-100 in the Avianca scheme (HK-2000) This jet was the first to operate for Avianca, and the airline was the first Latin-American Airline to bring the 747 into full operation. This aircraft was leased to Tower Air in late 1984 under the ragistration number N747BA, later N602FF. This model features 16 LOD models and moving parts. Very detailed, includes animated gear, flaps & spoilers, antennas, flap canoes and simulated gear bays and specular highlights. Extremely frame rate friendly. Fully-functional overhead panel and most aircraft systems simulated in detail, custom flight dynamics, and a complete soundset. The panel directly integrates the freeware CIVA Delco INS unit (not required, available separately), Ernie Alston's ISG FMS gauges and SquawkBox. Optional integration for the Kittyhawk/FFX models, and optional configuration included for the RealityXP WX-500 radar (available separately).
