FS2004 Simulated Aircraft Bubble Sextant

File Description:
As travel by air developed and matured, navigation over long distances also developed and improved. In the early days, however, air navigation essentially used ship navigation techniques adapted for aircraft. Without "landmarks", the navigators used Ded Reckoning (DR) and the stars. Celestial or Astronomical Navigation provides a means of obtaining Lines of Position (LOPs) from the stars. Crossing LOPs will fix a position. It requires a chart, and a planned course on that chart, with waypoints specified by Latitude and Longitude, an assumed time of arrival at each waypoint, and stars (including the Sun, Moon, or planets) in view. In the 1940s, extensive tables of star positions were made available to air navigators to be used with sextants to obtain these LOPs. In the tables, all times involved are GMT. This data is available from the Internet in "ready to use" form. This gauge simulates the sextant, and the process by which one obtains a LOP, or crossing LOPs to obtain a position, or fix. Can be used with any FS2004 aircraft. Includes comprehensive browser-based manual and references.

File Description: This is the sixth release package of 37 EditVoicepack files for FS2004/FSX by the Alpha India Tower Group. CYQQ - Comox Valley

File Description:
The Comox valley Airport is located in Comox, East side of Vancouver island, British Columbia, within a three hour drive to most Vancouver Island locations. Comox Valley is, as well, one of many destination for Air Canadian Sun from Air Canadian V.A!
I have re-organised the entire airport layout while keeping the main frame. I have included Parking lot and traffic (static) in the south, the cargo area in the north west, the north east parking, readjusted the 3 helipads to their correct spot, added some parking spot for small and medium aircrafts as well as cargo.
*Important* :Note the ILS fix created by Jim Vile that is suiting as well the airport. Thank you for that! ;)
I have reassigned the main Rwy to 12/30 instead of 11/29 done by FSX including all taxi sign. All maintenance hangar and closed taxiway on the east side.
The push back trucks at the main terminal south and cargo north are set to auto, enjoy a push back! ;)

DX10 Shader Fixers V3.2.3

File Description:
DX10 Shader Fixes V3.2.3. These are a set of shader fixes for DX10 Preview mode in FSX. The patch should not effect DX9 in any way. It addresses the following bugs in the DX10 preview:

1) Flashing runways/taxiways
2) Yellow/white runway markings transparency
3) Opaque chain fences
4) Progressive Taxi markings missing
5) Missing night scenery/semi-transparent dusk scenery (often misdescribed as missing night textures)
6) Some addon cars with black headlights
7) Softer VC shadow
8) Eliminates false sun on VC roof and side wall
9) ORBX FTX Global lights with black background rectangles fixed

Also included are an optional replacement water shade, aircraft lights package and an optional replacement background texture. This can replace the light blue DX10 uses and is close to what DX9 uses in the same circumstances.

With Steve Parson's permission I have updated the shader_release_v3.2.2 patch to shader_release_v3.2.3 to now include a fix for DX10 ORBX FTX Global Lights.

File Description: Indonesian Air Force A-4E/TA-4J Skyhawk (Delivery Scheme); for retro AI traffic. This package represents the Skyhawks operated by Indonesia, which served through the 1980s-1990s, until replaced by F-16s and Su-27s. This package uses the Nick Black base model set, but these models have been heavily modified by me from the FSDS source; and this package. I have added a lot of new things to create two virtually new base models, please refer to the enclosed readme file for a list of adds and changes. All models retain Nick's original XML animations, plus some new ones I created. The aircraft also uses the unaltered (save for one light position change), original FDE by Mike MacIntyre. This package has two main aircraft models, the A-4E (Israeli mod) and TA-4J; and includes 35 serials with many loadout options. The included readme file includes instructions, notes, disclaimers, credits, and anything else I can think of. Original aircraft and source by Nick Black, FDE by Mike MacIntyre, expert mentoring by Frank Safranek and Steve Holland, model modifications and repaints by Michael Pearson.
