This is the first of five sceneries around Lac Saint-Jean in Quebec, Canada, to the west of the St Lawrence River and close to Bagotville air base. Air Saguenay are a mainly float plane company that operates hunting and fishing flights to company-owned outposts in northern Quebec, with a fleet of almost 30 aircraft including 11 de Havilland Otters and 14 Beavers as of the last count. Their HQ float base is on Lac Sebastien, which is 30 miles east of the far larger Lac Saint-Jean. There are screenshots of this scenery and others in the series that follow this post in the Lac Saint-Jean QC folder. This scenery includes in the AI an Air Saguenay turbine Otter on floats, which has been modified to operate as an AI floatplane with a new config file. The ai also includes other GA float planes. There are also planes listed that will be required only for the future posts in this series, and the relevant textures etc will be provided at the date of the posts. Some of the Beaver AI planes will only be available if you already have the aerosoft Beaver installed. There are HTAI planes used as AI in this series, updated by Nick Tselepides, and the float planes for this part of the series are included here, Cessna 185's.

Plenty of good designers have created beautiful navy ships and aircraft carriers for FSX, but only few have created container ships, tankers, off-shore supply ships, tugs, or bulk carriers and put them to sail around the globe in FSX. With this package I intend to fill a part of this gap and to bring more life to the mostly empty oceans in FSX by providing AI ships and AI traffic files with a fleet of modern merchant ships travelling through some of the most heavily trafficked sea routes in the world. The pack contains 63 AI ships based on more than 35 different GMAX models. Around one third are equipped with landable helicopter decks. Most ships have simple animations like rotating radars and most have custom light, smoke and wake effects. The pack also contains traffic files for the east coast of South America and the coasts of North West Europe: In South America ships visit Belem, Sao Louis, Natal, Recife, Salvador, Macae, Rio de Janeiro, Santos, Florianopolis, Pelotas, Porto Alegre, Montevideo, Buenos Aires and Puerto Madryn. In Europe ships visit Gibraltar, Algeciras, Lissabon, Bordeaux, La Rochelle, Saint Nazaire, Brest, Le Havre, Antwerp, Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Thamesport, Felixstowe, Bremerhaven, Hamburg, Esbjerg, Oslo, Aarhus, Copenhagen and St.Petersburg. I am very proud to present this detailed repaint of PMDG's Beechcraft B1900D in the fabulous red, black and white livery of Era Alaska, registration N972EA. Era Alaska, formed in 2009 and based in Anchorage (PANC), is the combination of Era Aviation, Hageland Aviation and Frontier Flying Service. Era provides cargo service as well as scheduled passenger service and flies a fleet of 3 B1900D's, using them along with the Dash-8-100 as workhorses for passenger destinations throughout Alaska. This is a very detailed and realistic repaint. The inside of the winglets have the Era logo, fuse and tail stripes are as accurate as I could get them, the wings have the red stripe and black band on the top and bottom, the fonts for the Era logo and FlyEra.com are the actual fonts used by Era, door markings are hand painted, interior seats and floor (carpet) are red as in the real aircraft, fuse shading is custom, tail shading is custom, tail logo is hand painted and the cap on fore part of the upper vstab is painted black. All repainted textures in this package are 32-bit with no mipmaps. I hope you enjoy flying this great aircraft around Alaska. This is a textures only package, you must own the payware PMDG B1900D to enjoy it.

This is a package of Tabuk Regional Airport/ King Faisal Air Base (OETB). ​An international and public airport in ​Tabuk​, ​Saudi Arabia​. Despite being an international airport, it only serves a few foreign destinations. There are plans to increase the number of international destinations to other neighboring countries. The airport has a single ​terminal​ building which uses air bridges for planes to disembark and load passengers. The airport was named after the late minister of Defence and crown prince ​Prince Sultan bin Abdul Aziz​. The military side of OETB is rather busy, being the home of basic and advanced fast jet training utilizing the BAE Hawk MK65 and now the MK165, there are around 50 sorties a day flown by 21 and 79 Squadron. The Royal Saudi Air Force Aerobatic Display Team is also based here (88 Squadron). The only fighter unit based at OETB is number 2 Squadron that operate the F-15C/D and is responsible for the protection of the North West part of the Kingdom, this was previously a responsibility shared with 29 Squadron that operated the Tornado ADV but they have since been withdrawn from service. Exercises often take place with visiting air force’s from across the Gulf and beyond. The air base is constantly evolving adding more shelters for aircraft.

Opa-locka Airport (IATA: OPF, ICAO: KOPF, FAA LID: OPF), also known as Opa-locka Executive Airport, is a general aviation airport and joint civil-military airfield 10 miles (16 km) north of Downtown Miami, primarily in metropolitan
Miami, Florida, United States, with a portion within the city proper of Opa-locka.
The airport's control tower is manned from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The airport has four fixed base operators. It is owned by Miami-Dade County and operated by the Miami-Dade Aviation Department.
The tenant military activity is Coast Guard Air Station Miami, operating HU-25 Guardian jet aircraft, the HC-144 Ocean Sentry[4] turboprop aircraft and HH-65 Dolphin helicopters for coastal patrol and air-sea rescue operations.
Much of CGAS Miami's facilities were originally built during World War II as part of the former Naval Air Station Miami.
DayJet previously provided an on-demand jet air taxi service from this airport to 44 airports in 5 states. The company filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy liquidation in 2008.
The airport is currently served by several cargo and charter airlines who use the U.S. customs facility. Maintenance and modification of airliners up to Boeing 747 size are carried out by several aviation firms

Textures for Tom Gibson's Douglas DC-6A - repainted by Manfred Meyer.
You need to download and install the latest Douglas DC-6A CB-16 base pack with model(use the model with Propspinners), sound and panel from the website calclassic.com.
These textures depict N96BL (c/n 43574) of Aerial Transit. Harold Bellomy and Charles Lawson founded 1963 the Bellomy & Lawson Company in Miami FL, buying DC-6 aircrafts an convert them to pure freighters. They run Challenge Air Transport and sold this airline 1982. Then they started 1983 a part 121 operation under the trading name "Aerial Transit" and ceased operations in 1991. The DC-6 aircrafts of aerial Transit, flying throughout the Caribbean and Central America and were often leased out to other operators of the region. N96BL was built 1952 as C-118A and delivered to the USAF as 51-3827. In 1976 bought by Bellomy & Lawson and registered as N3492F the aircraft served with Challenge AT and re-registered as N96BL from october 1983 until 1991 with Aerial Transit. Aerial Transits DC-6 always looking a little bit shabby and when flying this aircraft, keep in mind it has no pressurisation and no superchargers. So if you are forced to go above 10 000 ft take some oxygen bottles with you!

Trans Australian Airlines or Nationally known as TAA, was established in 1946 by the Commonwealth Government, which called the airline Australian National Airlines Commission which operated as TAA. Qantas assigned TAA to perfome its domestic routes in Australia as at that stage Qantas was flying Internation sectors. Taa began with Convair Cv-240 and then ended with the Airbus a300 which was purchaced in the Mid 1970's. TAA ceased opperations in 1989. Then Australian Airlines was born. File Description:
This FSX scenery package contains the LFLJ Courchevel airport in the French Alps. The airport has a very short, upslope runway of only 525 m (1,722 ft). The airport is considered one of the seven most dangerous in the world. It has a difficult approach, a 300 foot upslope runway and is adjacent to the Courchevel ski runs. The Courchevel airport altitude is the highest in Europe, with a mean elevation of 6,520 feet. This airport is intended to be used with FSX and the free addon - TileProxy. TileProxy provides real-time photorealistic satellite imagery in place of the stock auto generated FSX scenery or any other scenery package. The Courchevel airport was originally released as part of an FSX airport scenery package containing 15 airports, located in the French Alps. The link to the original 15 French Alps Airport package is shown below. This file is not required, but allows you to download 15 related French Alps airports. The LFLJ, Courchevel airport in the original 15 airport package was missing a required scenery file which corrects the airport altitude (from 6420 ft. to 6520 ft.) due to the mis-location of the stock FSX airport. This download provides all three of the required .bgl scenery files.

File Description:
The Zhuhai Sanzao airport (ZGSD/ZUH, China), close to Macao, was built on request of someone who found it included in the FMC of PMDGs 737NGX, but missed in FSX. I used ADE and the Google based old version 2 of Plan-G (thanks to both authors) and some charts being available in the internet. However, it is equipped with standard buildings which are roughly adapted to the real dimensions well. Lighting, windsocks, taxisigns and moving jetways. Of course I added both ILS as well. There is a big exhibition apron on the airport which is modeled but blocked for AI traffic. You will see the lines of the taxiways nevertheless. The latest temporary chart (Nov 2012) shows a third apron which is not realised and I'm not planning to do so (obviously the whole site is still under construction).
As being built on a FSX island (which is now a peninsula) and default coast lines not fitting to the real position of the airport (Rwy05 was hanging in the water) I decided to compromise in a way that I corrected the area in the vicinity of the airport but respected the remaining part as it was in the default scenery. The attached pictures should give an impression even if I'm not using the pure default scenery. Therefore this little patch should be compatible to advanced mesh sceneries.

Welcome to the Heart of Idaho!
The mountain country has to be seen to be believed. As one who grew up exploring
this part of the US I had the fortunate opportunity to do things that most just dream about. Who wouldn't want to
swim in hot-spring fed lakes, or pools? Idaho has more hot springs than any other state. Have you ever climbed up
to a pass at 10,000 feet? And then looked down at those who chose not to climb 1500 feet below, looked left at your
brother, and then looked over the pass at the mountain basin that begged to be explored. I did these things 58 years
ago. You can do it tomorrow if you want to.
This FSX adventure will take you to many places I have visited. It will also take you to places that I have not yet
visited. Some of the strips are difficult to get into. That is typical of mountain flying. Some are reasonable.
Your flying skills will be tested as you figure out the best approach.
The simulation consists of 19 airports in Central Idaho. Twelve existing strips have had improvements consisting of
strip surface improvements to allow all-season activity, and some eye candy. Seven new air facilities have been
added to the area.
