File Description:
Over thirty flights, half of them with VOR to VOR IFR/ATC/GPS files, that encompass geography from California to the Berlin Airlift; New England; the American Midwest, Ireland and more. Major airports are included, as well as smaller fields. Many of the flights have instructional value, and emphasize certain procedures. Some are short; some are longer; none are too long. All are pure fun. Text versions compatible with FS98 and FS2000. Brought to you by Val-U-Prop, so bring your brains.

P-51D N4451C "Warhorse"

File Description:
P-51D 44-74444 'Warhorse' was flown in this scheme in the late '80s and early '90's by Dan Joyce and his partners. The hand in the noseart is a symbol for the practice of American Indians to mark their mustangs with warpaint. Following a crash landing in 1994, the aircraft was sold and is at present in storage in California. Repaint for the Shockwave World War II Fighters P-51D Mustangby Jan kees Blom, based on the paintkit by John Terrell.

File Description: American Airlines / Air Cal Merger repaint of the Eurowings BAE146 by Aerosoft. Air California, along with its equipment, routes, and facilities, was eventually acquired by AMR Corp., the parent company of American Airlines, in 1987. American continued to fly many repainted and refitted AirCal aircraft from a new hub at San Jose International Airport until American transferred the bulk of its San Jose operations to Reno Air in the mid-1990s. American would later take over Reno Air in 1999.

University Airport (KEDU) VERSION 2

File Description:
This package updates University Airport in Davis, California. Taxiways, runways, and aprons were resized and moved to their real-world locations. Buildings were also moved and adjusted. Satellite images from Google Earth were used for accuracy. Many default scenery objects were placed from the FSX scenery libraries. This version contains all needed files, and no earlier versions are required. Please see the Readme regarding the airport ICAO code and taxiway lines, as well as other notes. Compiled using Airport Design Editor.

Hazardous Airstrips of the Santa Lucia Mountains

File Description:
This is a package of four airstrips located near the central California coast. They have been constructed in a variety of inaccessible places: tucked away in ravines and narrow canyons, or perched high on an outcrop of rock. All are at least as difficult as many of the backwoods airfields in the Idaho Rockies, such as Dewey Moore, Cabin Creek, or Lower Loon. Special yellow arrows painted on the hillside assist in guiding you down your approach to each runway.
