File Description:
The airport was officially opened as a Royal Thai Air Force base
on March 27, 1914, although it had been in use earlier.
Commercial service to Don Mueang began in 1924.
The first commercial flight was an arrival by KLM.
The airfield was used by the Japanese during World War II,
and was bombed and strafed by Allied aircraft on several occasions.
During the Vietnam War, Don Muang Royal Thai Air Force Base was a
major command and logistics hub of the United States Air Force.

File Description:
Revised textures only for the Tornado GR.1s and Tornado GR.1As of the Royal Air Force allocated to RAF Laarbruch circa 1990. These textures are a direct replacement for those included in the Retro RAF Laarbruch package 'rafetul.zip'
The aircraft are in the grey/green camo scheme in which they were delivered with 'weathering' effects. The fine AI Tornado GR.1 model by Fernando Martinez is required. Please see the Readme for further details.

SkyHigh Audio Simulations is proud to present what is quite possibly the most realistic sounding Pratt & Whitney JT3D-7 Turbofan sound pack available! This sound pack is designed to work with Historic Jetliners Group's Douglas DC-8-63 and Boeing 707-320C models. There are two versions of this sound pack, one interior point of view from the cockpit, and the other being the passenger cabin POV in front of the engines. This sound pack includes many unique and realistic features, including realistic 3D sound cones giving a very realistic exterior sound experience, especially in the fly-by view mode. Also using the cone technology, realistic distant taxi howling and distant rumbling sounds are included. The plane could be heard loud and clear from up to 2km away in tower view! Realistic start up sounds featuring external air cart compressor howling noises are included. Realistic interior ambience noises such as the inverter noise and touchdown, flaps, gear sound with chime, and more are featured in this sound pack. UPDATE
In this package you will find an updated copy of KILM_ADE9_MV.BGL.
The original release did not have taxiway signs, and the ATIS frequency was incorrect. These errors have been corrected.
INSTRUCTIONS -
Simply unzip this file to a temporary folder. Move the updated file to where you have your KILM files installed, overwriting the original file. This will update your installation

SkyHigh Audio Simulations is proud to present our new FSX Concorde Sound Package! This add-on will hopefully bring Concorde back to life since the real thing no longer flies and I do not think an Olympus 593 turbojet engine has run since 2003. So to achieve this goal, I have worked to the bone to fine tune this sound and add as many features as possible. The main new feature of this sound is XML Gauge Sound technology, never seen before in a SkyHigh sound release, or on any sound package release for that matter. The XML gauge sounds include a brake sound, sonic boom sound effect, as well as a switch panel that plays various cabin announcements. 3D Sound Cone Technology has of course, been extensively used in this release, as with our other FSX sound releases. You can even hear the ground trembling from the noise when Concorde flies by. I could go for days explaining the features of these sounds but I'd like for you to hear them for yourself. So please give this download a go if you want to bring Concorde back to life with a very realistic sounding Concorde sound package for FSX! SkyHigh Audio Simulations is proud to present what is quite possibly the most realistic sounding Boeing 737NG sound pack available! This sound pack is designed specifically for the PMDG 737NGX, and will not work properly in any other 737NG aircraft add-ons in MS FSX, or Prepar3D. Seperate 737NG versions for the freeware TDS, Vistaliners/Kittyhawk, default 737-800, and other 737NG add-ons will follow shortly.
We have gone through great lengths to make this sound as realistic as possible through all stages of flight and through all dimensions of the exterior view, as well as the interior points of view. These sounds will raise the bar for all future jet sounds for Flight Simulator X!
One new and amazing feature in this sound is the interior 3D Sound Cone environment specifically for the PMDG 737NGX version. The sound environment will change inside as you 'scroll' back towards the engines and wings in the 3D interior view (virtual cockpit view).
Perhaps the best part of these sounds is the exterior fly-by! Using 3D Sound Cone technology, there are two exterior buzzsaw sounds, one distant and one up close. Two jet whine sounds, one for front and rear, and one for side-on to the plane. There are three powerful sounding rumble/exhaust sounds, one 'whooshing' sound effect for side one, one powerful blast sound for behind the engine, and one low rumble for when the plane is flying overhead at a distance. All in all, this will create one of the most realistic sounding in-game jet fly-by sound experiences for Flight Simulator X, especially for the CFM56-7B 737NG in FSX.
