Alicante - "El Altet" Airport (LEAL2007) SP1

File Description:
This patch updates the car parking area and secondary buildings in the scenery. Also, I've included textures with mipmaps that fixes the shimmering ground textures. No more patches will be released until the new Terminal Area is finished.
