| Updated KPDX AFCAD2 File for the FlightScenery FlightZone 02 Portland Scenery Package |
|
File Description:
This AFCAD2 file for PDX is only for use with the FlightScenery FlightZone 02 Portland Scenery Package. This file contains accurate gate assignments for every airline that operates out of PDX as of April 18, 2007. I walked the concourse myself to verify gate locations. I have accounted as best I can for gate assignements for all the aircraf that overnight at PDX. Overflow parking for United east of the E councourse was added as I often see multiple planes parked there in the morning. Also added some more F-15 parking spots on ORANG's ramp and cargo feeder spots on Ameriflight's ramp just west of the cross wind runway 3/21.

| Torrey, Box-Death Hollow Wilderness, Aquarius Plateau, Utah, Photo-Scenery (FS9 & FSX) |
|
Images related to this file:
File Description:
The southern part of this region covers the Box-Death Hollow Wilderness, with its vertical gray-orange walls of Navajo sandstone. Then comes the Aquarius Plateau which is the highest timbered plateau in North America with Boulder Mountain. In the north you'll find the little town of Torrey, which is just eight miles west of Capitol Reef National Park. Extends my Grand Staircase Escalante scenery to the north.
High resolution versions of this scenery for FS9 and FSX (much sharper, but larger and multiple downloads) are available at www.blueskyscenery.com/CNY_SouthWest3.html . The screenies are taken from the high-res versions, so expect this version to be slightly more blurry.
Thanks to Joop Mak for providing a custom AFCADs that correct airport layouts so that they align with the photo-textures! They are available here: www.blueskyscenery.com/AFCADs.html . YourDonation@Work: Dedicated to Ralf-Peter, Jon and Laurent.

| Fix for ferry boats on Rio-Antirio scenery for P3D v4.x |
|
Images related to this file:
File Description:
This is a fix for boats going funky in waves in P3D v4.x in my scenery of Rio-Antirio bridge. Thanks to Henrik Nielsen and his tester Knud for helping me solve the cause. The ferrys used to have platforms and you could land helis on their decks. apparently these are very close to the water surface and waves touch them making the ships move funny. the platforms are now gone so no stunts are now possible.
