This is a complete refresh in 2025 for the entire Houston Bay Area and KEFD. This is a freeware update for KEFD, published 2025 for FSX, and includes CVX landclass and ADEX.bgl files for KEFD and surrounding greater area, circa 2006-2010. File includes very accurate landclass fixes for the surrounding Bay Area of Houston, and I added tons of VFR scenery objects, featuring Johnson Space Center Houston. Including:
-- Pasadena water treatment facility (Rwy 17)
-- NASA buoyancy lab
-- Pasadena shopping center off of Beltway 8
-- San Jacinto College
-- Pasadena convention center
-- Johnson Space Center Houston
-- Baybrook mall area
-- storage units across from Rwy 35Landclass fixes are extremely accurate, as I used satellite imagery from circa 2006-2010 era. This was both an era when the 147th FW was active, and there was a lot less buildings in the era. -- In addition:
-- I added NASA T38 and F16 parking with ramps
-- Straightened out the very crooked and inaccurate runways and taxis from the other freeware
-- added lighting to KEFD ramps and parking
-- added parking for coast guard MH 65 and helicopter parking for user.
-- Landclass fixes for the barren Spring-cypress greater area (KIAH-KDWH area).I hope you enjoy, north and southeast Houston no longer look like farms and fields with sparce patches of random houses. -DJN

Simmers,and Baseball fans. These 1951 D Model Beechcraft Twin Bonanzas are pristine,no dirt,grease or oil leaks on these babies!Just fresh out of the paint booth, these are the 10th set of repaints of my in progress MLB collection. All repaints are of "Eric Dantes" Beechcraft Twin Bonanza. All MLB teams will be represented.These repaints are not layered so each one has to be redrawn in its official colors.All repaints will have two liveries,one with team logos and one without logos. All MLB team names were put in two hats, American League and National League they are drawn one from each hat at random.The next repaint will be the San Francisco Giants.Look for it soon. I hope you have as much fun collecting all 30 liveries as I will have painting them! This file also includes a new folder: DXT3 Format. For those of you that require friendlier frame rates just replace the 32 bit 888-8 extended bitmap textures with the DXT3 textures in the DXT3 Format folder.Backup the 32 bit 888-8 extended bitmap textures,then just let the DXT3 files overwrite. This file includes the Texture.Yankees"(New York Yankees Edition)",Texture.MLB NYY,"(The MLB NYY Edition)NO..LOGOS,Panel.Yankees and Panel.MLB NYY folders. The following additional file is required. Textures for Jens B. Kristensens Bristol Britannia 300 model (BRT_V10.ZIP). These textures decipt Britannia 307 c/n 12921, built at Belfast as Britannia 305 destined for the U.S. Northeast Airlines. But not taken up she was delivered 1958 as Britannia 307 G-ANCE to Air Charter Ltd. London, the first airline founded by the famous aviation intrepreneur Freddy Laker. The aircraft made severall trooping flights between London-Stansted and Christmas Island in the Pacific via Goose Bay, Vancouver and Honolulu. Carrying up to 124 passengers, troops and service personal, in a journey time of 29 hours to the Island, which was used for the British nuclear test programme. The Britannia made many further trooping flights to the, at that time, numerous British overseas bases in the Gulf, Australia, Singapore, Ceylon, Canada and Hong Kong, carrying servicemen and their families. One of these flights reached around the world for 26 100 miles in 72 hours from London via Bahrain, Colombo and Singapore to Adelaide and Sydney, then to Christmas Island and back eastbound via San Francisco and Montreal to London.
G-ANCE went together whis sistership G-ANCD to British United Airways BUA in merger and was sold 1965, converted to freighter 307F, to Lloyd International, then 1972 to Monarch and 1974 to Aer Turas. Withdrawn from use in 1979 she was stored at Manston and later at Dublin, 1981 finaly broken up at Dublin.

File Description:
China Clipper or Martin M130 for X-Plane 6.40/6.51 - Built by the Martin Company for Pan American Airlines, they were known by the company as Martin Ocean Transports. Only three of these aircraft were built, the China Clipper, the Philippine Clipper and the Hawaii Clipper. To the public, China Clipper became a generic name and originally was applied to all three of the Martin M-130's in Pan Am's fleet and, later, even to the Boeing B-314's which came later. With 4-950 HP radial engines giving a cruising speed of 163 mph and with a range in excess of 3200 miles the "Clippers" were used in the pacific by Pan Am. The "China Clipper" on November 22, 1935 inaugurated the first trans-pacific postal service with 111,000 letters; it returned to San Francisco on December 6, 1935. In 1936 the Hawaii Clipper and Philippine Clipper inaugurated paying passenger service to the Philippines and Hong Kong respectively. These were the original "Clippers" for those including the Boeing B134 to follow. Look for the B134 soon for X-Plane. Just a note : since landing gear skids are used for the wing braces X-Plane thinks that the plane has landing gear and will actually place it on the ground at the airport you select, choose an airport near water and then request a seaplane takeoff or pick a location and altitude on the regional or planet map.

| The Mill Stucky Scenery |

File Description:
The monumental mill Stucky complex is located on Venice's biggest island, the Giudecca.
The mill, a majestic terra cotta monument in neo-Gothic style, was designed in 1895 by architect Ernst
Wullekopf of Hanover for Stucky, a Venetian entrepreneur.
In its heyday the mill employed 1500 workers 24 hours a day, churning out bread, pasta and biscuits and
becoming a model of its kind due to the technology employed in its plants and its strategic location for
transportation by sea.
The complex was abandoned after it was forced to close in 1955 due to competition from mills on the mainland.
Various attempts had been made to redevelop the mill, the most recent of which had been underway for a number
of years; the mill was due to be reopened soon. Redevelopment of this huge complex, promoted by the Acqua Pia
Antica Marcia association of Rome, which co-owns the complex along with Banco San Paolo of Turin, was intended
to make it into a miniature city, a big multifunctional centre featuring a large luxury hotel, a shopping
centre, a conference centre and a hundred or so residential units of various sizes.
But on April 15, 2003 a major fire broke out and seriously damaged the remaining mill structures.
The future of the complex is uncertain, though the initial reactions are encouraging: Francesco Caltagirone of
Acqua Pia Antica Marcia has said that he intends to start the work all over again, for he has promised the city
of Venice that he would restore mill Stucky.

| B-24 USAAF 489th BG "Sharon D" |

File Description:
This Ford-built B-24H was assigned to Lt Col Leon Vance, deputy commander of the 489th BG. It was Vance who had brought the aircraft from the US to Halesworth. The bomber was named after its pilot’s infant daughter Sharon, who had been born in 1942. Lt Col Vance was flying a different aircraft on the 5 June 1944 mission against a German coastal defence complex near Wimereaux, France-a mission in which the latter aircraft was lost, and for which Vance was awarded the Medal of Honor. He was the only B-24 crew member in the Eighth Air Force accorded this distinction whilst flying a mission from the UK. Vance was heading home to recover from combat wounds when he went down on a C-54 Skymaster carrying wounded and crippled veterans over the North Atlantic on 26 July 1944. In October 1946, at the age of four, Sharon Vance travelled via US Army Air Forces transport to Enid, Oklahoma (now home of Vance Air Force Base), for a ceremony in which Maj Gen James P Hodges gave her the Medal of Honor awarded to her father. Today, daughter Sharon Kiernan of San Diego, California, is an Air Force wife, and she helps to keep alive the memory of her father, and of the bomber named after her. The Sharon D retained its nickname throughout the war, and was eventually transferred to the 445th BG. It survived the conflict, and was eventually broken up for scrap.
