Namibia, Southwestern Africa Mesh Part 1 Of 5

File Description:
Add-on mesh for the entire country of Namibia (S17-29 E11-21), including the Caprivi Strip east to the Victoria Falls (Zambia/Zimbabwe). The source data are 3-arcsec (~90-m) Shuttle Radar (SRTM) files, compiled at LOD9 (76-m) resolution. Processing with John Childs' Blackart (v3.74) and Peter Guth's MicroDEM (v7.02). Includes a LOD7 buffer mesh to prevent blue slivers in the mid to far distance. Part 1 of 5.

Terrain Mesh (LOD08) for Nunavut, Canada (File 1 of 4)

File Description:
The files in this package contain a new 153m (LOD08) terrain mesh for Nunavut, Canada ( and northern part of Northwest Territories) to use with FS2002 and FS2004. The source data is GeoBase (CDED – 1 : 250 000). All data were compiled and edited in MicroDEM 7.01 alpha and resampled to LOD08 (Level of Details), or 152.88 meters horizontal resolution, with the Microsoft Terrain Software Developer's Kit (SDK) utilities. Liberty Ship Postwar v2a

File Description:
This is a working model of a postwar Liberty Ship. Thousands of these ships were built during World War II. After the war, these ships remained in service for several decades, constituting 40% of the "tramping fleet" in 1960. This is a multi-resolution working model complete with virtual cockpit, waving flag, smoke and sound effects. This file also includes an AI version and a few minor fixes to the WWII version.

Iran SRTM mesh : West

File Description:
This mesh covers the western part of Iran and some parts of Iraq. Major Iranian cities are: Kermanshah, Khorram Abad, Dezful, Awhaz, Hamadan. Major Iraqi cities are: Al-Kut, As-Sulaimania. Based on SRTM Data (3 arcsec, 90m) and sampled to LOD9 resolution (76m) using Matthew Styles's program "SRTM To BGL v1.04". Biggest SRTM "holes" (void data) were patched with SRTM 30-arcsec dataset thanks to John Child's beautiful and powerful "Blackart" utility.

Aerosoft's excellent Piper Super Cub in the colors of Alaskan Winds Virtual Air Service. Included are 4 different aircraft (standard wheel, tundra, amphibian and wheel/ski) plus alternative textures for two aircraft with L-21 fuselage. The external textures are saved in a lo-resolution dxt3 format with no mip-maps This file containes textures ONLY and will require Aerosoft's payware Piper Super Cub available at www.aerosoft.com to be able to utilize them. Alaska Airlines Dreamliner Boeing 737-800 'N512AS'

File Description:
This is a repaint of the Project Opensky Boeing 737 model in the Alaska Airlines/Dreamliner Livery. This airplane marked the end of an era for Alaska Airlines Mad Dogs, making their fleet exclusively Boeing. Includes custom camera views (not tested in FS2004). Instructions are included for installation for FSX and FS2004. No extra files are needed as this is a complete package. Higher resolution images can be seen using Avsim's zipdive feature.
