| Braathens SAFE Douglas C-54A |

In 1946 and 1947 the newly established Norwegian airline Braathens South American & Far East Airtransport A.S. purchased for its medium- and long haul operations on charter basis four ex-USAAF Douglas C-54A Skymasters. Three of them had been converted to DC-4 standard by Texas Maintenance Company (Temco) at Fort Worth, Texas, and featured on the starboard side an enlarged emergency exit. The fourth C-54A was purchased from KLM. Around 1950 the Norwegian authorities concluded that Braathens' operations got increasingly a structural character, read: scheduled, operations and as such became a threat for Scandinavian Airlines System (SAS) which was a conglomerate of "state" airlines of Denmark, Norway and Sweden. SAS received all concessions for the international scheduled routes, which meant the end of the use of the Temco converted C-54A's. These are textures only. You will need Jens B. | CAAC Ilyushin IL-18 |

File Description:
The Il-18 is a four turboprop engined passenger aircraft for medium-long range. The first Kuznetsov NK4 powered flight was on 4 Jul 1957 from Moscow-Khodynka airport, the first Ivchenko AI-20 powered flight on 17 Sep 1958. This plane was produced in series for 12 years and achieved great popularity due to the favourable load factor. The main operator was Aeroflot, but the IL-18 proved a popular plane with airlines behind the former "Iron Curtain". The first operator outside the former USSR was the state airline of communist China, CAAC, who took delivery of 13 IL-18's between 1959 and 1967. Featured are two early production IL-18B's, two IL-18V's (the most common version) and one IL-18E Salon VIP-transport (in fact Mao Zedongs personal aircraft). These are textures only. You will need the FS2004 Aeroproyecto Ilyushin IL-18D (aeroproyecto_il18d.zip; available at Flightsim.com) by Edgar Guinart Lopez. Repaint by Maarten Brouwer.

Americas first supersonic jet bomber (mach 2+) the B58 was designed for high speed delivery of nuclear or conventional weapons from long range as a compliment to the B52 subsonic bomber. One of the most sophisticated planes ever developed, the B58 set many speed and altitude records some of which remain unbroken today. With a gross takeoff weight of 173000 lbs the B58 could cary as much as 101000 lbs of fuel (that's almost 60% of the gross weight). One of the most computerized aircraft ever built, the B58 is amazingly easy to fly without any computer assistance (except the one used to run the x-plane simulator). The Project Open Sky team now presents our long awaited version 3 of our CRJ-900, in Scandinavian Airlines colours [OY-KFC "Bertil Viking"]. This model is a continuation of our previous CRJ700 project. Built mainly for FS2004 (not fully tested in FSX, see our support forums at http://www.projectopensky.com), the CRJ900 model features highly detailed and accurate exterior model, dynamic wing flex with XML coding, wing views, fully animated control surfaces, fully independent XML landing gear suspension, trim animation, highly realistic Opening Passenger Door L1 (integrated Airstair door) and opening forward and aft baggage holds (opened by the included POSKY Utility Panel), rolling wheels and extremely detailed animated landing gears with photorealistic textures, XML coded nose gear steering with steering lock at high rolling speed, animated thrust reversers, modeled built-in Lektro Pushback Tug (controlled by POSKY Utility Panel) and highly-detailed and accurate, 32bit day and night textures and realistic lighting effects. | Paul Farm Field CF16 in Ontario, Canada |

File Description:
Paul Field is on the south side of Highway 174, four miles east of Hawkesbury Windover Field and five miles west of the town of Hawkesbury; the town is on the south bank of the Ottawa River approximately midway between Ottawa and Montreal. I first saw the field when I was on the way to Windover a few years ago. I asked some old timers at Windover who the grass strip belonged to and they said "Paul". It may not be what Paul calls it, but it's the only name I know it by. Probably Paul doesn't call it anything, it's just the field where he keeps his plane. There is a grass runway approximately north-south and 2,000 feet long, and two hangars which look to be an old one and a new one. In real life the runway isn't so north-south as it lines up with the farm fields alignment which is of course in FS is auto-generated and not actuality-accurate.

| Delta McDonnell Douglas Super 80 'New Colours' |

File Description:
With help from Zacherius who tested my textures time after time after time, I created my first repaint for Coolsky's Super 80 in Delta's New Colours, (or as it's also called 'Aeroflot') livery. As a long time professional photoshop user, I created a very realistic paint. As you might see at the screenshots, I used a dozen of different shades, and that was only for the bare metal part of the fuselage. For instance, not one of the cargo doors is alike. I also used my own created textures to create wing and fuselage bump map textures. This is my first go at a repaint, but as you can see from the screenshots, it worked out pretty fine and it is really cool to see my work 'moving in a 3d world'. These textures are intended for use on the Flight1/CoolSky Super 80. Installation is quick and easy. Thank Zacherius for packaging and prepping the repaint for you to download it. Enjoy it!

| KLM Douglas DC-6 |

File Description:
Having been an operator of the Douglas DC-2, DC-3, DC-4 and DC-5, it seemed only logical that KLM (celebrating its 90th anniversary in 2009) purchased the DC-6 for its long-haul routes. Seemed, because KLM already operated the Lockheed L-049 Constellation, the DC-6's competitor. Nevertheless, Connie and DC-6 marched on together quite well. Enclosed in this package are five repaints of DC-6's during several stages in their life with KLM. The 1957 livery of PH-DPP was an interim-livery (see the 'old fashioned' white lettering and the early-fifties style cowlings). The 1962 livery of PJ-DPI seems to have been an attempt to fit into the new house style of KLM without having to respray the fuselage, as the DC-6 reached the end of its KLM carreer anyway. These are textures only. You will require Jens B. Kristensen's Douglas DC-6 (dc6_v20.zip). Original textures by Jens B. Kristensen. Repaints by Maarten Brouwer.
