File Description:
Nikolai Airport (IATA: NIB, ICAO: PAFS, FAA LID: FSP) is a state-owned public-use airport located one nautical mile (1.85 km) northeast of the central business district of Nikolai, a city in the Yukon-Koyukuks Area.
Taxiway was changed along with aprom. Added custom buildings. Changes were made baded on 2001 construction plans. Created with Airport Design Editor by ScruffyDuck Software using current FAA documentation and Google Earth measurements, this package offers a replacement for FSX's stock airport. All these enhancements are as close to the real airport as I can get with stock library objects and custom buildings.

SkyHigh Audio Simulations is proud to present what is quite possibly the most realistic sounding Pratt & Whitney JT3D-7 Turbofan sound pack available! This sound pack is designed to work with Historic Jetliners Group's Douglas DC-8-63 model. There are two versions of this sound pack, one interior point of view from the cockpit, and the other being the passenger cabin POV in front of the engines. This sound pack includes many unique and realistic features, including realistic 3D sound cones giving a very realistic exterior sound experience, especially in the fly-by view mode. Also using the cone technology, realistic distant taxi howling and distant rumbling sounds are included. The plane could be heard loud and clear from up to 2km away in tower view! Realistic start up sounds featuring external air cart compressor howling noises are included. Realistic interior ambience noises such as the inverter noise and touchdown, flaps, gear sound with chime, and more are featured in this sound pack. SkyHigh Audio Simulations is proud to present our biggest project yet, Pratt & Whitney JT8D Madness X! This huge add-on features different sounds for all P&W JT8D powered planes from the 727 to the MD-80. Options for hush-kit or non-hushkit are included. Options for different interior sound point of views are included such as cockpit or passenger cabin. 3D Sound Cone technology has been used extensively with these sounds. Versions included: Boeing 727 JT8D "Early" and "Late" versions with options for hushkitted or non-hushkitted and two interior sound options. Same thing for the DC-9 versions. 737-200 version included with three interior sound options (Cockpit, cabin front, and cabin rear). MD-80 and 727RE versions with two interior sound options and finally the Sud-Aviation Caravelle 10/11 JT8D-7B with two interior sound options. Note: JT8D "Early" refers to JT8D-1 thru to JT8D-7B. Originally designed by Erick Cantu under the Kittyhawk Studios and Vistaliners label, now available as a FSX native model. Features model, specular mapping, bump mapping. Virtual cockpit, sounds,
panel aliased from the default Boeing 737-800.
This repaint represents the actual B737-400 of JPATS (Justice Prisoner & Alien Transportation System) and has no cabin crew except a bunch of US Marshalls. Textures are saved in 32-bit extended BMP format. See also my other work at http://www.airmedia4you.de

Eight cameras let you explore the ship, including the option to set a Bell 206 Jetranger helicopter onto the flightdeck. A saved flight, the Amundsen passing icefields and approaching open water, is included. The AI-ship model with the textures is made by Jean-Pierre Fillion. FS2002 Scandinavian Airlines System DC-7C and DC-7F. The DC-7C's of SAS became famous for opening the polar route from Europe to Japan, flying from Copenhagen to Tokyo via Anchorage, Alaska. SAS used 15 DC-7C and two DC-7F in 1956-68. Four liveries (early, middle and late) included. Repaint by Jens B Kristensen of original model by Greg Pepper and Tom Gibson, flight dynamics by FS Aviator. Panel and sounds must be downloaded seperately.

The second installment of my series of Washington State airports sceneries for use with Lago's FS Enhancer. This volume features Apex Airpark in Silverdale, WA and Olympic Airfield in Discovery Bay, WA. Both are fictional representations and feature static and dynamic scenery including moving cars, highway traffic, ambient sounds, and dynamic wildlife. Fly over the Hood Canal and look for the subs leaving Subase Bangor. Includes custom AFCADs for both airfields. Requires Lago's FS Enhancer to function.
