| NZAA Afcad2 V2a - "Auckland 2005" |
|
File Description:
AFCAD2 for Auckland International Airport (NZAA) V2a! for use with the auckland2005.zip scenery which uses Shayne Butler's FS2002 airport. SCENERY NOT INCLUDED! This file is an update of my previous AFCAD for the airport (nzaa_afcad2_fs2k2_scenery.zip) and in my opinion much more detailed than the one supplied with the scenery. This file includes accurate Gate and Parking Positions, with improved night lighting, two helipads (with night lighting), totally re-done International Terminal {now including the four new hard stands recently built} and many many more great enhancements...All taxiways and runways have been created using a real life chart for the airport. This file does not work that well with the default airport and it works better without addon AI traffic, thought it is ok. Tower views are from the roof of the tower. See Readme for further details of what has been enhanced/modified.

| Boeing 717 Panel |
|
File Description:
Call it DC9, MD80, 717 - whatever. This is/was a great little plane - as nimble as a regional jet - yet stable as a 757. Douglas flooded the market with these things while trying to unload MD11s in package deals. The MD11s are history (shame), but these boys are still flying high and strong. Almost all pilots jumping up to the majors flew these planes for years.
Admittedly, the old cockpits were a mess and you needed four eyes to keep track of the instruments. When the 717, or the first MD90 EHD came along, they had these glass gauges and it truly became a joy to fly these things. Now, Boeing has decided to discontinue production. Check out JCA website for some real nice 717s. Thanks to Ken Mitchell for his great MFD gauges.
Enjoy the panel and the aircraft before they become classics.

| KLM 1998 AI Package |
|
File Description:
By 1998, the KLM/Northwest alliance was in full swing, and KLM was serving MSP, DTW, and even MEM daily with it's own metal while Northwest took over from KLM from BOS, IAD, and some other cities. KLM had a vast route network spanning the globe, serving much of Africa and the Middle East with many "tag on" routes onward from Amsterdam. By 1998, KLM was flying the MD-11, 747-200SUD(stretched upper deck), 747-200SUD Combi, 747-300 Combi, 747-400, 747-400 Combi, 767-300ER, 737-300, 737-400, and 6 mainline Fokker 100s which were short lived before going to KLM UK in late 1998 then on to CityHopper. Unfortunately, in the OAG, KLM only specified if a 747 was a combi or not(as in 747=744/742 while 74M can be a combi version of the 742,743, or 744) and did not differentiate between 737-300s and 737-400s. I did my best using what data I had to make the routes realistic, but the aircraft numbers at least are correct except for some extra 767s and 737s that you may remove if you wish. I also had issues making sure the TPE flights were all operated by "KLM Asia" 747s, so I ended up assigning 1 extra 747(I have 5, in real life there were 4) the Asia livery to ensure that you do not see a standard KLM 747 at TPE as they did not visit in real life. You may switch this to a normal 747 if you choose. Repaints by Raphael Rodrigues for the AIA Fokker 100 and FAIB 737-300, 737-400, 767-300, 747-200SUD, 747-300, and 747-400 along with flightplans by Chasen Richardson are included. Note that the 747-200SUD uses the 747-300 model. As a Bonus, the KLM Cargo 747-200SUD is also included.Part of the 1998 Flight Simulator Project. | Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport, Savannah, Georgia (KSAV) |
|
File Description:
This is a AFCAD2 file for the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport. I tried to make the airport as realistic as possable with what is given to me with FS9. Gates 1 and 3 is Delta Connection from Cincinnatti, New York-LGA, and Dallas/Ft. Worth. Gates 5 and 7 are Delta from Atlanta, Gate 2 &2a are Continental Express (Expressjet) From Houston-Bush, and Newark, Gate 4 is Northwest (Mesaba and Pinnacle) from Detroit, Memphis, and Minneapolis, Gate 6 is Independence Air flights from Washington-Dulles (Make sure you have your Independence Air planes coded to BLR. That is what I have the gate coded to which is correct in real life.). Gate 8 is AirTran flights from Atlanta (I also have TRSX AirTran Jet Connect. They no longer fly, but I have them on my AI so I left it in.). Gates 9 and 11 are USAir (Gate 9 being USAir mainline and CRJ-200 flights from Charlotte, Philly and Pittsburgh and Gate 11 being CRJ-200 flights and Dash 8 flights Charlotte, Boston and New York-LGA.). And finally Gate 10 is United Express (Air Wisconsin) flights from Washington-Dulles and Chicago-O'Hare. At the old terminal I have the FedEx, and Airbourne Express/DHL areas, as well as the GA "terminal". North of that is the 165th Airlift Wing National Guard area with parking for their C130's, F-16's, F15's, and their F-18's. I do not have the jetways on yet, however they are done except for the Delta gates....look for them soon. I hope this is a better representation of the airport. I believe it is. All lights on the Taxiways, Runways, as well as landing lights are REAL TO LIFE. They are taken from the airport digrams themselfs as well as from the website www.fltplan.com. Please, let me know what you think as I am using you as an unofficial beta tester for this file.

| KLZU - Gwinnett County Airport (Briscoe Field) | Lawrenceville, Georgia |
|
File Description:
This is a modification of the stock Gwinnett County Airport (KLZU) AFCAD/BGL for Prepar3d v5.4. Almost the entire airport has been redone using library objects and generic building files in Prepar3d and matches pretty close to what is shown in Navigraph Charts. Aircraft parking around the airport has been randomized based off Google Maps images. Also included is an exclusion bgl to remove trees and flatten the scenery on the East side of the airport on taxiway Y which did not exist in Prepar3d.
All taxiway names in the original airport were incorrect, this has been corrected. Taxi signage around the airport matches locations/intersections and additional signs have been added where they should have been to begin with.
Control tower and wind socks have been relocated to where they are in real life and according to Navigraph.
I hope you enjoy this scenery and look forward to sharing more in the future!

| Zaragoza AB update - LEZG for XP10.5-11 |
|
Images related to this file:
File Description:
UPDATED version of earlier (Feb. 2017) LEZG AB. All adjusted for use with orthographic and HD material. Extensive Read Me is in the package. However: I used many "Libraries" as defined in the Read Me file to get the best scenery with optimized scaling of objects. Added visual beacons about 20 nm E and W from runways to make it easier to navigate this "rare" airport. Zaragoza city is improved and more "real". I have done all I could to keep frame-rates low (on my NV960: locked to screen refresh always between 50-60 fps) and temperatures low. See the images as well to orient yourself. LEZG comprises 5 platforms and now is expanded with a new engine test plate and a new GA platform. It is a huge airbase with civil part. I am still looking for a good F-18 static model, to replace the F-4's I had to use now.
